10 ) I need some characters who already work at Sakura mansion. For this reason they are obvious in charge. a head maid or head chef..something like that

12 ) I want young ADULTS! which means 19 and up!

13 ) I need ghosts. what? You thought they were all bad? Nah! your silly X3
and yes, the ghosts are mostly of he Sakura family.

14) To touch in the cybering thing...yes...I very well know that young adults have sex...so if you must must must do that, do a quick time skip or something but do NOT post anything inappropriate! scream

15) I will allow only a few characters to have some sort of "special ability" as in small things like sensing ghosts or being extra sensitive

Bio: Lena came here so she could earn money for college since her ffamily was dirt poor. She was taught how to garden when she was 5 by her grandfather who practically raised her because her father had died before she was born and her mother worked 3 jobs. She especially loved growing roses every day after her grandfather got too old to work in his garden she would tend to it. After a year her grandfathers backyard was full of newly growing rose bushes.
....When she was a little girl she had seen an episode of the smerfs (yes the smerfs) were smerfette was sad because there were no blue roses heartbroken by this fact she vowed to find a blue rose before she died. Often times she'll take a white rose and put it in a vase of blue food coloring and water just so she can imagine what one would really look like.

But she finally managed to get the job.
