Here is an example of ulzzang
So,let's start with the products:CIRCLE LENS
 they use circle lenses to make their eyes look bigger..
these lenses can make them look doll-like or creepy..

well i did give me new ideas to make eyes look wider tho and i think i know how they might have made lady gaga's eyes so big in that bad romance vid, that and computer stuff =w=
