Today I was shoved out the car by my mom yelling at me to hurry up. At some point between then and when I'd left the house, I lost my cell. This would have sucked a lot less if I had been the one paying for it and could just go, okay, I'll get a replacement. :/ I'm not.
After I was shoved out of the car, standing just off the second busiest street in town, I discovered it was missing. Figuring it had dropped out of my pocket while I was in the car, I continued on my way.
I got in to do what I'd come there to do- find an open communications class and enter it. After walking around for an hour, I'd gone to five classes and could not enter any of them, nor any of the later ones. So I went to the library, where I sat for an hour and a half, waiting to be picked up. No one came. Finally, I stood out on the street, and saw my parents unmistakable car. It was going the other way. They passed me and continued on their way, probably not seeing I was there.
So I decided to walk.
Two hours and four and a half miles later I got in the door. Cold from the 45 degree weather and drizzle, hungry, and not very happy.
It took another two hours to get warm enough to leave my bed. When I finally did, I figured I'd go out to the car and get my phone. It was dark and raining already, and the lights in my car didn't come on, so maybe I missed it, but I found nothing.
So I went to get some chocolate that I'd stashed above the fridge. I opened the box only to find that most of them were missing. Turns out my mom ate them, leaving five for me out of what was at least 18 the previous day. They weren't hers and were clearly not for the family.
Today has sucked majorly.

I think aqua man should have to come to the middle of the Nevada desert to help her! Isn't it the guy's job to travel the distance...or something like that?
