Nathan (my husband) and I have been trying to go a week without smoking.
So far we sorta cheated on Saturday cause we saw Avatar in 3D but instead of smoking before it Nathan made us some "magic" chocolate milk. ( Milk is a fat substance therefore THC will absorb into it and get you effed up when you ingest it.) So I dunno if that counts of not.
Then on Tuesday (yesterday) the girl from darts wanted to burn one after, I didn't want to say no and put it off till next week because we've been trying to make friends out here and so far we haven't been doing so great. (we moved far away from home a little over a year ago for Nathan's job and don't know anyone in the area.)
So I don't think this is working so awesome, and since we'll be in Windsor for the weekend all bets are off and much toking will be done, since we'll be hanging out with all our amigos.
I think really though ideally, we should try cutting down a bit and not doing it everyday.
I don't think just stopping entirely then picking back up is good either I mean it may curb your tolerance but only for a little while.
I would never give it up entirely either it helps me relax takes away general aches pains, stress and depression of everyday life. Mary Jane is a true friend she doesn't ask questions shes not there to judge she just wants to help you chill out and enjoy life.
In other news I broke Mr. Bones:
Which was a tragic event and he has now been turned into a fancy incense burner. Which looks really cool btw.
The #1 flaw with this bong is in the base since its a very wide rounded area it will crack very easily, so while it looks cool I would recommend against getting one.
We also bought a $700 German made RooR bong to replace him with.
I will post pics of that later on.
So anyways enough about me, how are you guys doing anything new in your lives?

I got a new job that started on friday, washing dishes at a local restaurant! Woo! Not a whole lot besides that, other than me being a hell of a lot more social than I usually am.

I am sorry to hear about Mr Bones, at least you found a way to recycle it into something that you can still use so people can enjoy it's presence. Good luck on your mission (quitting), though I can't condone quitting...I can condone cutting down so that your tolerance lowers.
Nothing new here, I aged. I just got my haircut an hour ago. Now that I can see my scalp again I think I may need to buy some Rogaine foam.

A RooR? Fancy... Mindless Exploits I got a new job that started on friday, washing dishes at a local restaurant! Woo! I did that for 4 months (but at a bakery rather than restaurant)...goddamn that sucked. The amount of free, delicious food that I got to eat was pretty wicked though.

Not at all because its a RooR and thus totally worth it.
Also I need to make clear that there is no way we are quitting smoking, just wanted to slow down a little and wanted to see if we could do a full week without so far I fail at this.
I could never break up with Mary Jane I love her too much.

Sir, I think you need to smoke moar.  But seriously, not trying to dispute how you feel or anything, but for myself at least, I find it much more boring working 5 or 8 or whatever hours a day than spending those 8 hours bumming around town, chilling with my mates, playing video games, watching movies, reading s**t, listening to awesome tunes, exercising, exploring, going to shows, painting, sleeping, etc, etc. (and of course, doing drugs, presumably in some combination with one or more of the above)

No payment plan necessary. To be honest it was a big purchase decision but were tired of breaking cheap crappy bongs so we figured we might as well get something thats good decent and will last.
Also RooR has a repair center too just have to send in your piece clean of resin of course and they can repair it for you, and we're good on the green so we don't have to worry about not having anything to fill it with.
@ Mindless, its always good to have some cash flow though, dishes may not be the most glamorus but at least you don't have to deal with peoples bullshit all day, well least not the people eating the food maybe co-workers but thats hard to avoid.
