I love my section leader.
Seriously.
First of all, she's been my section leader for two years. And, she treats all of us (her section, low brass) like we're her children. She's a genuine maternal figure.
We can talk to her any time, about anything. She'll listen.
And, despite us having a medium-sized section, she and I are the only trombone players, so we're really close.
I can honestly say I love my section leader. She's wonderful.
Can you?

Mememeee! He's mah bud. B] He may not be the best section leader, but the saxophone section is strong enough to be good even without much help from our section leader. I think we all consider ourselves equals, really, and it works.

ILOVEMYSECTION/RANKLEADER! She is amazingly amazing. I am dead serious. I asked her to play in concert band with me so I wouldn't be alone, and she did. Even though I was a freshie, she treated me like I was her equal. I LOVE her.

I'm the flute section leader, and I've always tried to let my flutes know that we're a family and we love each other (well... we try. xD)
That's what a leader is supposed to do.

i hav 2-the senior is cool-u can talk 2her all the time!the junior is cool-she's nice to me and the other clarinets in the more advanced calss-but she loves using the freshman as scape goats... sweatdrop

Well, no, no I do not.
I mean, I love her like a big sister. i love everyone in my band like family. She is just the older sister that you love but gets on your nerves often.
In my section family I have her as an older sister, a twin sister, an adopted sister my age(she is a new girl), 4 little brothers(freshman), and two little sisters.
I <3 all my section brothers and sisters!
