... that I'd have a good experience in a random!
I did a Heroic VH on my druid, and the mage in my group noticed my name! They had asked if I named my druid after Oryx from Oryx & Crake by Margaret Atwood. We had a long in-whispers discussion about the books and how there is supposed to be another one coming out in a year or two, and I honestly have to say that that is the first real nice thing I've experienced in a random. We both were surprised that the other was aware of such a good book! It balances out all the bad things that I run into all the time, with people being dumb and rude.
We've all had bad things happen in PuGs and randoms, but let's hear some good things! They don't necessarily have to be along the same lines of what I experienced, just good things in general. smile

i found a good and nice tank in a PuG. we suck together for a few more randoms after that and talked about computer programming while waiting for a healer in the que.

i had another one that was in occulus of all places, where we just talked, laughed, and had a good time.

othgan243 i had another one that was in occulus of all places, where we just talked, laughed, and had a good time. How rare! I would have never thought that that would be the place anyone could have a good time in ...

The Voodoo Shuffle lishuss had one where three of us talked in Freakazoid Quotes. That's so awesome xD the best part was when the Shammy asked for a quick afk and when they came back they set up a macro where everytime they cast chain lightning their toon shouted "I AM NOT THE WEENIE, YOU ARE THE WEENIE!"

I've stopped dps'ing in random heroics purely because I can't find a trustworthy healer. I do though love a good tank!

Love Camel I've stopped dps'ing in random heroics purely because I can't find a trustworthy healer. I do though love a good tank! Oh, how I wish you played with my boyfriend and I. He's a good tank and a good DPS, and I do my best to be a good healer. I don't see how anyone can actually be bad at healing, it's really not difficult. Gimpy maybe, depending on your class, but I play a druid and a priest so I have no trouble healing everybody.

He's a good tank and a good DPS, and I do my best to be a good healer. I don't see how anyone can actually be bad at healing, it's really not difficult. Gimpy maybe, depending on your class, but I play a druid and a priest so I have no trouble healing everybody. i tryed druid healing on the PTR and had a blast. i might have been doing it wrong but no one died so thats a success in my book.

Healing is, always will be, and always has been the easiest thing to do in WoW. Mashing buttons is serious business.
I did KT at level 60 and topped charts (and bottomed/close to overheal, when it mattered lololol) clicking and keyboard turning. I think the only fight I mouseturned on was Gothik. SERIOUS STUFF

I literally have dropped group and switched to my priest on heroics because the darn healer would just up and die for no reason. Well, reason being they were made of fail but that's a given.

I was in UP with a Death Knight who yelled 'For Pony!' at the beginning of the King Ymiron fight. I responded 'Thank you Richard' the first time Screams of the Dead froze us.
The DK said no-one on their server ever got that reference.
On a more general note, I've found the random dungeon grouping tends towards the good for me.
