Fav. Food: Simple, easily prepared foods. Ramen, actually, is his favourite. He's always kind of been a latchkey kid, so...Anything easy to make is an instant win in his book.
Hated Food: Anything spicy really kills Roman's tongue; much to his parent's chagrin. Anything beyond a mild-- be it Indian curry, salsa, kimchi-- just kills his tastebuds for ages.

Hobbies:
Swimming;; He likes to swim competitively. He actually used to hate the pool till his parents forced him to pick a sport (in hopes he'd choose soccer or football), but instead Roman dove into the water and hasn't looked back since. While it's calming to do solo, nothing gets him going more than watching his teammates glide through the water or the feel of rushing water around him as he takes third or worse in a race. Despite frequently being found in the water, he really kind of sucks-- he can at least still cheer in the stands. Instead of a sleek dolphin, he's more of a starfish. He loves it anyway.
Cars;; Roman wishes he was a grease monkey. His parents run a car shop and he's always wanted to work on hot rods. The closest he's got is his souped up little Celica with a crapton of turbo inside. However, the accident resulting in Roman's blind eye came from a mishandling of battery acid on his own part, so he generally prefers to stick to riding in cars, talking about them, and begging his dad's employees to cut him a deal on this SICK NEW FAN/TIRES/RIMS/everything. While he'd like to race, driving normally is a chore enough with a mostly blind eye, and while he's a bit of a daredevil after he works up the courage, Roman's really not that dumb.
Knitting;; Okay. This is his deep, dark, dirty secret. When he's dead tired after days of running or studying or video games and he's too inattentive to read some comics...Roman knits. Nothing special, the best he's ever made is a nice black sweater that would have been nicer had the sleeves been even, but. It's horrible. And terrible. But his Abuela insisted that Roman's three sisters learned, and they insisted that if they had to, so did he. But really, he likes it. He can lay back in bed propped up against the wall and count stitches. However, at school, he hides the stuff between his mattresses. God forbid anyone finding out. it'd be the death of him. What's worse is that he's goddamn good at it, too.

Virtues:
Focused;; While some people get 'into' something, Roman gets into whatever he sets his mind to. While often times it is not used for anything in particular (Beating a video game, racing a friend, completing a puzzle, stupid small things like that), it sometimes can be really damn handy. Especially for school work. One year, he did a month of Trigonometry in advance in the span of a week and a half because he read the damn book and researched and did equations till it all clicked in his head. His friends get really damn annoyed with him sometimes, because if he's in the middle of an activity it's pretty much impossible to drag him away from it till he's done.
Tactician;; Capture the flag was always Roman's favourite game in gym, and he usually did his best to talk his way into deciding the strategy. Not that he wanted to be the LEADER, he just wanted to throw out his plans and have someone else execute them. Charging ahead has never really been his thing-- instead, he watches. Waits. Lurks and learns and pinpoints weaknesses in his head with little flags, formulating a plan in his head. He's the kind of guy that watches football and yells to no one that cares about how they could have done a play better, or shakes their sibling for sucking at a strategy game.
Social;; Roman can talk. He will chatter the ear off of anyone willing to listen, attempt to get between the sheets with whatever pretty lady that's around (which, really, has only ever worked a few times ever), and get himself out of 'sticky situations' that the teen got into in the FIRST PLACE with his big mouth. Roman would much rather talk out an issue rather than have a fight, because really, he's had his a** handed to him royally once and that was enough for him, thanks. Really, for the most part, Roman's big mouth is used to lecture people, ace his oral presentations and seeing if he can maybe get lucky with a girl. But hey, it's got its uses. Even when meeting new people he's immediately sociable and does his best to get people out of their shell that are more shy than him (unless they decide to stare), and so it's often great for 'breaking the ice' when the other party works with him.
Flaws:
Insecure;; Roman is more fussy about his looks than a girl. Seriously. Every day he takes the time to dress proper in nice clothes, take care of his hair and skin, goes to the pool to stay slim and trim and fit. He sweats a few pounds, the status of his split ends, and the list just goes on and on from there. It stemmed from his accident, but from there it's simply escalated. He takes an hour to get ready, and god forbid anyone stare at his scar, because if looks could kill. His would. He double and triple checks his appearance before going out the door, and spends a disproportionate amount of time angsting over his looks for being a teenage boy.
Can't Take What he Dishes;; Since he's a bit ...disfigured, Rome can't really take being made fun of. He's had the scar for three years, but it still gets to him. He uses it as a crutch sometimes, because he most certainly can dish it out when it comes to biting sarcasm and poking jabs. But if they're aimed back at him? It brings a whole new definition to the word 'butthurt', and he'll even try to guilt trip you if he thinks you're staring at his scar or insinuating that you think that Roman is inadequate. This little quirk goes beyond just his looks, because the teen can't stand being told that he's not as good as anyone else. He's the kind of guy to rub it in someone's face that he won, gloating all over the place, and then getting really upset if someone did the same thing.
Meddlesome;; Roman's heart is in the right place, but he's a little overbearing when it comes to micromanagement. He does his best to try and play coach when people are fighting, cupid when he thinks two people might like each other, etc. For some reason, Rome just can't keep his overlarge nose out of anyone else's business. Innate curiousity is one thing, but he always has the hardest time not taking curiousity to the next level.

Attack #1
Startling Disruption!
Sailor Tucana emits a field of interference around him that manifests in various ways. It disrupts, distracts and is generally annoying to anyone in range. The field, when activated, interrupts any attacks used in his immediate two foot radius for five seconds, regardless of whether the move is used by a friend or a foe. Since it requires such close quarters, Tucana often has to charge straight to his target before 'detonating' his move. The attack can be resumed as soon as the interference wears off.
This can only be used once per battle-- there will still be an annoying static/white noise/smoke/bright lights presence around him once it recharges in two to three minutes, but he can not interrupt any attacks with it for the remaining duration of the battle.
Attack #1a
Dazzling disruption sweep!
Sailor Tucana's field of interference is now more...annoying. Brighter lights, the sound of nails on chalkboards, etc. He can now forcibly shift his area of disruption to to detonate away from him/his allies, interrupting and delaying any attacks in a ten foot radius around the detonation point.
This attack can be used twice per battle; he just has to be careful, as it affects his own side as well. There is a definite downtime for the aura as well as the attack, one and two minutes respectively.
Note: Tucana himself is immune to the disruptions, and is affected minimally by his own interference, but if he decides to look at his own shiny shiny lights, he's only got himself to blame. ;D
Attack #2
Tucana combo breaker!
Sailor Tucana's focuses on a single enemy, locking in and letting them start whatever their action is before repeatedly interrupting whatever they try to do for fifteen seconds. No matter what it is, moving, talking, attacking-- it'll be like they're stuck 'stuttering' until the duration has passed, often accompanied by loud static and an aura of energy discharge around Tucana and his target.
This can only be used once per battle.

Physical Description:
Hair;; Long and messy, black. Kept in a pony tail.
Eyes;; Bright, startling grey/silver.
Face;; Nose like so;; x Is of Latin American/South American descent, has sort of a rounder face; think Tzekel-Kan from the Road to El Dorado. Ignore the left eye note there-- it's his right eye.
Body;; 6'1" and lean-- a bit gangly, JUST had his second growth spurt. Lean from swimming, no other bulk, really. Has yet to really completely fill out properly.

Quick warning, don't be surprised if you have to change your sphere of power. >x> I can't remember if energy is a usable sphere or not, considering a lot of attacks tend to use some sort of energy. Just a heads up in case <3
Totally loving your character so far, honestly. The secret knitting hobby makes me laugh for sure.
One thing I'm going to point out is his tactician virtue. And the only reason I'm going to is because Kalindara and Maru are more then likely going to mention something about it. A lot of people have this virtue. You have a very good description but make sure that it's different then what every one else has. Make sure that this one pops and gets attention because (broken record here) every one has it. <3
His social virtue makes me smile and I would love the chance for him and my quest girl 'Rantha to meet. Because she is shy and needs more people who will drag her out of her shell. X3
His flaws look good and I love how he can't take what he gives and tries to guilt people. X3 I don't seem much of a problem with anything else, it looks good.
Sadly, however, I'm not too good at crit'ing attacks, so this is about where my post ends. <3 Good luck!

I'm not good at looking at attacks, but there are lots of types and possible definitions of energy, and I think it would be really helpful if you mentioned what sort of energy you're referring to. I think specifying a particular energy would help focus his attacks and lessen the overpowered factor.
Also, I'm a little confused about how he just had his growth spurt when he's seventeen. It's possible, I think, but it's very unusual.

I think you're missing my point; he's already had a growth spurt; he merely had a second that shot him up to 6'1"-- before he was 5'9-10" or so. XD
