1. Pure Newbie Only Flaffle 1-5 (this flaffle is only entered by those with no soquili, usdia or seathi AT ALL either co-owned or owned. Familars are ok)
2. Open to All Flaffle for pets 6-12. Use the Everyone Flaffle form to enter.
exclaim Newbies can enter both flaffles!! If one newbie wins both flaffles then I will re-roll. Only one pet may be won per person (includes co-owned AND owned).

1. Max 2 may co-own
2. Newbie pets can only be co-owned with another newbie
3. No mules (under 3 months and/or 1k posts = automatic mule suspect)
4. FS pets must be paid for/claimed within one week or they will be resold.
5. Only one proxy per person. If two or more people proxy for the same person then those entries will be ignored. You can both proxy and enter yourself. When proxying for another person, make sure if that person qualifies for the newbie only flaffle. Some proxies are entering people who already have soquili in the newbies only flaffle so please go back and edit posts if you did that.
