Spiral Knights is a dungeon runner MMO taking place in a stylized mechanical world. Run around with friends in the underground dungeons known as "The Clockworks" for loot and money. Customize your character with new equips!
Pros: Character appearance changes with equips.
No leveling system
Almost looks like a DS game.
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords style gameplay
Adorable characters.
Cons: Dungeon trolling costs Energy, and to get energy back you have to not play or do surveys and offers.
Logon Queue. Play once, and you'll know what I mean.
Energy System Explanation____________________When you wish to play a dungeon, it will cost Energy to play. There are two types of Energy.
Mist energy is earned slowly through the passage of time. This can be earned offline or online. This energy will be consumed BEFORE your Crystal Energy. This is not permanent, and recharges.
Crystal Energy is the top energy. This energy is permanent and can be traded amongst players. This is earned from paypal (not implemented as far as I'm aware) and through the completion of offers and surveys. Completing your first gameplay survey earns you 1500 Energy. It will be used SECOND. This is basically the same as Mist energy.

What happened to Grand Fantasia?
I also think you should post this stuff like right when you start playing or before so that any possible people you recruit have a chance to actually download/sign up and play before everyone quits. cry

Merumiharu What happened to Grand Fantasia? I also think you should post this stuff like right when you start playing or before so that any possible people you recruit have a chance to actually download/sign up and play before everyone quits. cry Blame me for this then? >> I threw the link at fort chi and shoy and we jumped right in earlier. Though I doubt we'll get tired of it too quick cause the energy restriction. Gotta sparingly use our 'time', rather that playing all day and losing interest due to it.

Once you get to 30 in GF, the game gets balls to the walls hard to level.
Got farther than I usually do though.

started game, uberlag for me for some reason, so i got frustrated for the day

New fun facts discovered:
- You can have up to three Knights on one account.
- You can only play one Knight at a time. (expected)
- All Knights on an account share the same amount of energy, Mist and Survey.
- There is no set "reset" time where all energy goes back to 500. You have to wait it out to regain Mist energy.

I tried playing last night, but the lag was scary. Seriously, I kept getting killed by globs of jello.
And then my computer, for some reason, BSOD'd, and then I had to restart. No seriously, that's what happened. XD
But, I'll try again later. Hopefully my computer stops hating it by then. ninja
