T'ka had been Haath's partner for a few years now, and despite all the times they'd flown together, T'ka's raw joy, that feeling of togetherness and freedom she got whenever she flew with her dragon had yet to dissapate. She hoped it never did. There was something very magical about being bonded to a dragon. Now, T'ka was far from sentimental, and wasn't likely to admit these feelings anytime soon, as they were intensely private, and these kinds of things were only to be shared with Haath and herself. <> Haath requested, as the pair came out of between, and Haath greeted the watchdragon, even as she backwinged to land on a ledge of the Telgar Weyr. <> the green admitted, glancing about her with contempt.

"Don't worry Love, I won't be long," T'ka assured, as she slid off of Haath's mighty back and gave her dragon a loving thump. Truth be told, T'ka hated Telgar just as much or more than Haath. She didn't agree with their more conservative viewpoints. They were a a Weyr, for Faranth's sake, how could they so blatantly disregard their homosexual members?! That infuriated and enraged T'ka, though she had learned by now to keep those sorts of comments to herself.

She fingered the pouch at her waist, containing a package to be delivered. T'ka didn't mind playing the role of courier. In all honesty, she didn't see what was wrong with it. Surely there was lots of money to be made ferrying people and messages across Pern. Not that she was being paid for this trip, of course, but being a green rider, if they were going to send someone, it only made sense that it was someone like herself. One couldn't expect them to send bronzes off on every little thing that came up. Those metallic dragons were so showy, when everyone knew the chromatic dragons did the real work.

T'ka started down a hall, not awkwardly, but a little unsure of where she was going. Hrm. She would just have to ask the next person she saw for directions. Or maybe Haath could find someone. <>
