i believe my school is haunted and i umm, have accidentally released them upon the school. here is my story and comments are appreciated,
Our school is 50 years old so i was exploring in the most haunted part of the school that is technically under the school. I found a blocked off door(stupid kid) and went inside. To my horror i now know what the school is hiding. There, to my knowledge, was a killing that led to the stop of our football team.(it must of been when the school first opened) so there was many presences with me, and i possibly released them. now the follow me around the school. They are friendly and i have not a care for them, for they have no intention of hurting me. Though, i can feel a dark presence lurking around me. I see the dark shadows. My scariest encounter with it was recently in the religion room(shocking!) and i saw it come at me and didn't know what to do. i felt it go through me, and my right shoulder suddenly had a sharp pain. i almost cried out. it hurt the entire day, but when i got home, the pain vanished.
i am now scared and cautious. i am trying to find it in the astral plains but it seems to be bound to the school. any help?

I waited awhile to reply to this, because I thought maybe some others might respond before now.
I doubt that you "released" them so much as just let them know that someone as sensitive as you was there. Spirits stay here for all kinds of reasons - not all of them nice. Almost all of them get lonely, though. The trick is to protect yourself from the the harmful ones.
If you are having trouble with a negative spirit, the first thing to do is protect yourself. Create a white light bubble of protection and call for those who protect you to watch over you and keep you safe while at school every morning before you go to school. I'm afraid I'm not very good at describing this process. Some of the others here are MUCH better at it. Hopefully, you know what I mean. If not, there are some good descriptions in other posts in this area.
Good luck with the rest of your school year!

You say there was a murder? Well, who was killed, how many, and how? Research is your friend!

Sea Rhapsody You say there was a murder? Well, who was killed, how many, and how? Research is your friend!
Agreed. Research is actually very important. Not only can it help you understand what may be going on, but it can also be a tool for your protection.
