Yeahhhh, I thought this was a blatantly obvious thing until I got PMs up the a** about it. The program itself was programed in English, so if we delete the Japanese language files it automatically reverts back : )

Open: my computer/program files/vocaloid2 and delete these files
SingerEditor2_Japanese.dll
vedit2_Japanese.dll
VOCALOID2_Japanese.dll
Activate2_Japanese.dll
