Clan Description: The Notama clan are known for there dark skinned nature. The notama clans hair is normaly long. There style of clothes are long sleeves and also depends on how they feel bout the wind in which the use.
Clan History: The Notama clan were more located in the mountain areas of the Metal Country. They usually didn't get involved in anything that didn't threaten them. Yet when the clan wars started the Notama clan had to raise there flags and help off the Ashitaka, Uriu, and Musou clan with the help of the Shishigami, and Hozaru clan. With this the war for the metal country raged on until the battle ended with the Ashitaka and Shishigami forming a treaty that caused each clan that sided with them to come together and make the Flame Village.

Kekkei Genkai Effect: The Notama clan has the ability to use Wind jutsu at a very high degree. Yet they aren't only able to use wind, they are also able to use sound to a degree that is known as normal level. The wind that the Notama clan uses can cut you in deeper sections than the original wind jutsu the normal are capable of use. They are also able to use a taijutsu style of fighting that allows them to attack the body with wind attacks that can cut through the skin and hit muscles, tendan, and blood veins. The Rinjin is activated at birth for the clansmen. In which they have to slowly progress in there kekkai genkai to gain its ablities overtime.

This jutsu allows Reyo to concentrate enough wind to his hands to make a type of gauntlet like weapon on his hands. These gauntlets are able to cut threw anything they touch they also are able to suck the wind away from anyone the user swings his hand at.

This jutsu gathers a large amount of wind that can be seen by the human eye. The Northern Winds are a light blue color but the downside to being able to seem them it slowly covers the area in a thick mist that can't be seen threw not even the Byakugan can see threw this jutsu. Its wind type of mist is stronger than that of the Hidden Mist Jutsu.

The NovaSound jutsu is Reyo's strongest jutsu and it took him one year to perfect it being that his kekkai genkai gave it to him once he awakened it. The Novasound jutsu has the ability to destroy the hearing of anyone who is in the area to hear it. Reyo does a set number of handsigns which Reyo then places his hands infront of his body in a circle. From the circle a purplish ball is formed and then from that it grows from the amount of chakra that Reyo gives it. Once its done Reyo will shot it forward. If hit by the ball the enemy's hearing is destroyed and it will slowly causes damage to the rest of the body from there won't kill but will damage the hearing.
