Basic Information
The gun uses the FN SCAR firing system, which is extremely insensitive to fine dust and sand. In coordination with this, this weapon has a cooler firing system, which fires the round and simultaneously cleans and cools itself with both air intake and excess air expulsion methods, keeping the barrel cool- even to the touch.
The Gun is bullpup, and fits underneath the shoulder nicely- although with differing ergonomics to the other rifles. Usually the gun is loaded with drums, that hold roughly 60 rounds, and keeps the weapon slightly heavier and balanced when needed. Intended to be a high strength assault rifle, it can quickly double as a light squad support weapon if necessary.
The barrel of the gun also exploits polygonal rifling, allowing for increased accuracy and an increased velocity at which the bullet leave the barrel. The only disadvantage of this style of barrel is that it wears out quicker than a normal barrel and that lead can build up in the extraordinarily marked bores. The round used in this gun however, is always and predominantly covered in a full metal jacket, of a soft metal of copper, making these problems close to obsolete.
