Please excuse the rubbish wording..In Christianity there is the 10 commandments, in Islam we have the 5 pillars..What are the fundamental requirements to being Jewish?

I believe the 10 commandments are actually a part of Judaism and were just adapted into Christianity.

Depends on the sect of Judaism.
In Orthodox Judaism, what makes one a Jew is being born of a Jewish mother or going through proper conversion.

In reform Judaism, it is being born of a Jewish mother or father or proper conversion, and not practicing any other religion.

I'm ignorant of what makes a Jew in Conservative Judaism.

You might want to clarify your question in that Judaism is both a religion and ethnicity. I've covered what's required to be Jewish ethnically but have not covered what is required of Judaism religiously since I'm not sure of what you are specifically asking about.

There are 613 Commandments. The first 10 are known as the 10 Commandments.

The Christians took it from us.
