A clan is a group of people united by kinship and descent, which is defined by perceived descent from a common ancestor. Even if actual lineage patterns are unknown, clan members may nonetheless recognize a founding member or apical ancestor. As kinship based bonds merely symbolical in nature some clans share a "stipulated" common ancestor, which is a symbol of the clan's unity. When this ancestor is not human, this is referred to as animallian totem. Generally speaking, kinship differs from biological relation, as it also involves adoption, marriage, and fictive genealogical ties. Below you'll find the skeleton to use when applying for a clan.

-Short Rule Notices-

~A Bloodlimit IS something that deals explicitly with Body Manipulation, or the use of chakra to change or use a SPECIFIC part of the body for a unique ability.
~A Bloodlimit is NOT a way to try and create mythical creatures [ex: Vampires, Dragons, Demons]
~And Finally, a Bloodlimit must be defined and be extremely cohesive with a well put-together argument as to the PROCESS behind the Bloodlimit. Again, "Chakra does it" is not acceptable.
~No clans that have to do with souls, space/time, or attempting at controlling the major forces or top tiers of the universe such as the fabric of reality. There are a few exceptions with valid explanations.
~Clans must make sense, simply 'chakra does it' will not be enough.
~Six people maximum per clan and two people at the minimum to be accepted.
~No clans that involve a backdoor way to gaining chakra without mundane means in battle.
~One must get permission from the next a person to use their clan or clan's techniques.
~When joining a clan, one must abide by the rules that come along with that clan.
~No clans based on crossover characters from other anime, manga, or games such as dragonball z. Super Saiyan isn't a bloodlimit and bending it's name or anything about it into the rp will not be acceptable.
~No ripping from other people's clans or existing characters from the show to create a clan. Example, Hatake isn't a clan. It's only the last name of Kakashi, Sakumo, and a few others in Naruto. So basing a clan on the White Fang's chakra blade would be considered that.
~To gain the Mangekyou, one must be an Uchiha with at least a three toma sharingan and an RPC with a bond developed with that character must die within the guild.
~Original clans in some villages such as the Leaf must be filled before additional clans can be added. But that doesn't mean more room will open up for each more.
~Be original with your clans

Clan Name: The Name of the Clan is important because, obviously, you need to have a name for your Clan. There are several online translators available for use in the production of names. The name of a Clan is always important it is what others establish for, it is what others try to take the time to understand and know. Names usually are known to have the meanings within their capabilities, however this is not always true. A good name is always important because without a name you are considered nothing, with a name you are everything.

Description: This is where one would consider to be the meat of the Clan explanation. This is the area where you go through, step by step, listing stating what the Clan is. Here you must describe the Clan's Appearance in every way, what they usually wear, what is their normal hair color, eye color, any type of unique differences within them. What are they in general. What are their General Personalities. Do they believe in anything, do they have their own way set of life. These must be placed within the Description of the Clan. Is the Clan dominantly women? Or Men? Or is it undetermined. Does the Clan have their own ranks of power, such as who is considered stronger and who is weaker? If so what are these. In general it must be in depth. Here are a few Examples

History: One of the most lengthy section within the aspects of the Clan skeleton. Within this section you must state how and why it the clan was created. When it was created, how old the Clan is. Who created the Clan, and who else knows about the clan. It must be in depth, and creative. Without this stated the Clan will be denied. The History can not state anything about it being in existence since an unknown time, and it can not just suddenly appear out of the blue one day through the magic of society and love with peace. The questions within the history must be answered such as the Who, the Why, the Where, the When, and the How it was created. Something can not be suddenly mysterious in creation. Reasons why is because of the fact that in depth history creates Roleplay Capability, it adds story line for other people to interact with. Just because if something we know out of character does not mean that we would know it exists in character. In general it must be indepth.

Restrictions: First off we will not allow Clans where only one person can go into it. It must be plentiful to create roleplay. What is the restrictions of this Clan? Is the Clan hidden? How hard is it to start out in the Clan? Is the Clan very secretive? One of the biggest things that must be known is, in order to make a character within the Clan do people need to contact the creator of the Clan before so getting permission? What is needed, are there any enemies, restrictions? Such as do they not have to be part of a village? Do they have to be part of a certain village?

Weapons and Equipment: Some Clans are known to create their own weapons, these weapons have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Clan itself. These weapons are unique to the clan only, they are different, and they have their own advantages. Most weapons that are created by clans however are usually part of the clan because a member of the Clan created the items.

Rituals: Some Clans are known to create their own Rituals, these rituals have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Clan itself. Sometimes a Clan may be made up by a certain type of Ritual. These Rituals is what makes the Clan in its own way. An example of a Ritual would be the Ritual of Aburame to allow the bugs to be bonded with the user.

Seals: Some Clans are known to create their own Seals, these Seals have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Clan itself in which may hinder, or benefit the clan, however since this is a Seal does NOT make up a Clan. These Seals are unique to the clan only, they are different, and they have their own advantages, or disadvantages. Please note that any Seal that is not unique towards the Clan itself may be asked for it to be changed to universal.

Bloodlimit Ability/Clan Jutsu: The heart of the Clan. In here you must state and place within all techniques that are known within the Clan. This shows exactly what the Clan is made out of, it shows their capabilities and disadvantages. It also shows if the Clan is actually acceptable, or if it is not acceptable. Please follow the rules of the Basic Jutsus, as well as the rules within the Bloodlimit Capabilities. Keep them simple, but detailed.
