I want to cosplay as Feliciano while my friends cosplay as Russia and Nazi-Germany.
But the problem is, I have no idea where to buy it from! I looked on E-Bay, but I had no way of knowing if the costume was of a good quality or not, even though I did see alot of nice-looking pictures.
Does anyone know a good site that produces quality work and is trustworthy and reliable?

eBay seems to be a pretty reliable source. I bought a cosplay there once and it was very high quality and extremely durable. Look for someone listed as a power seller or a professional tailor and you should be fine.
