Hi, I'm Milla (new to the guild, so you won't know me).

I'm not actually qualified in art, but I think you'll find my knowledge is OK. I have been interested in art since I can remember and drawing since I could hold a pencil, also my mum (yes, I'm English) is a professional artist with a degree in sculpture, so I've learned a lot from just being around her.

Maybe you were looking for people to tell you where and how you should get better? Sorry, I have to say I really like it! It's got good body shape, maybe not perfect but -1) That's a very nice style -2) I don't know anyone that can draw a perfect body shape without their style added to it (especially on MS.Paint), there are tons of different shapes for a body. Anyway, the art is really well done. It is very cute and cartoon-like.

The thing I'm going to say is not so great about it, is the shading and highlighting. There is a little but not a lot. Although the skin may be good, the hair and clothes especially look flat. I would suggest doing a big visible line of light on the hair, and a light side on the clothes. Before you start shading/highlighting, work out where your light source is: I can see highlights on her skin that are coming from a different place than the light in her eyes.

Anyway, I think it's really good. Keep making art and you won't lose your blatant talent.
