Flawed Anubis Vice Captain

A massive black ship fit for an Emperor. The ship is basicilly a spacefareing Palace complete with Bergs personal Chambers, Barracks for his guard, A dining hall, Training room for the Soldiers and at the very bottom of the ship a cell block for those Berg wished locked away. As of right now there are an unknown number of occupants in these cells.

She slowly awoke from her unconscious state. She felt a warm liquid run down the side of her face. As she moved her body shot with pain here and there. She looked around the cell. WONDERFUL JUST WONDERFUL!!!!! She screamed into her head. How could she be so careless!
Flashback
Her ship was malfunctioning headed to earth. She frantically tried to stabilize it but nothing was working. Red alert after red alert went off. Just as she was thinking it was all over she saw it. A ship.....but not just any ship. The sight of it was worse than any fear she felt at the moment and knowing if she was caught, would be worse than any death she could endure.
Just as she was trying to configure the ship to change course a loud crash was heard and her ship tore apart.
End Flashback
At least thats what she last remembered. She went to the bars of the cell but didn't touch them. She knew it was some kind of trick, just like when Frieza had her. Whenever she disobeyed him she was thrown into a cell like this where the bar would electrify her. Her tail whipped behind her angrily. She knew this wasn't Frieza's ship but she believed Berg's. Great.
She looked down at the symbol on her arm. It was the Icejin's family crest which marked her as theirs. She growled. Shaiya would get away again. She would make sure of it.

Berg returned to the ship walking through the halls. This day was filled with disappointment. The one known as Kakorot had not shown his face and Axle hadn't reported back yet, and to top it off his second strongest guard had disobeyed him forcing him to... Fire her.
"So much disappointment... I am surprised at my own patience." he said mostly to himself.
Before heading down to the Cell block he gave an announcement over the Televisions and Radios of East city, "Hello dear Citizens of East City.... No doubt you saw the little... Display earlier in the sky. Rest assured your Emperor has taken care of the problem. No one will harm you while under my protection." he said before switching that device off and sighing. "Perhaps this propaganda will make them easier to control." he said before finally heading down to the Cell block where the Icejin Saiyajin hybrid was being held.
"Ah... Your awake..." said Berg walking up the bars, "I was unsure after we recovered you from that wreckage that you would still be alive. The Icejin in you allowed you to breath in the Vacuum of space like my kind can." he said before leaning in, "Excuse me I only know you by your Idenification number... What is your name?" he asked tilting his head that smirk on his face never leaving as he questioned her.

Shaiya's white tail whipped around angrily. He had come to her. It was only a matter of time. She hissed at him in response. She could see it in his eyes he was mocking her. Shaiya knew what she was, what had happened to her.
She growled before spitting out her name "Shaiya." She said with pure venom. She hated the Icejins. They were all she knew growing up though. She didn't even know she was a Saiyajin until she came to Earth.
She watched him intently. The Saiyajin/Icejin knew this would not end well with her.

Berg only blinked as he heard her spit her name out then nodded slowly, "I see..." he said pulling up a stool sitting in front of the cell his crimson eyes not looking away, "So angry you are... I can just feel it rolling off of you like a fog." he said crossing his leg over his other.
"There is no need for that... If I wanted you dead I would have had you killed why you were out yes?" asked the Emperor in a soft regal tone. "You are not the one I want to destroy." he said mimicing what he was saying to the Half-Saiyajin before. "Now ... How about we talk like Civilized adults..."

Shaiya growled and leaned against the far cell wall. She made sure to keep her eyes on him. When he sat she relaxed a bit. Not as much a she should have but a bit.
He did have a point Shaiya thought to herself. "What do you want to know?" she asked more calmly. Who was this one he wanted to destroy? It couldn't have been wise to cross him. It never was with Cooler and Frieza.

"Simply what you have been up to since your escape... The reports from my dear Cousins said you wouldn't last very long... But yet here you are. You have rose above what the Scientists and even my Family has predicted... That is obviously the Saiyajin in you." said Berg as he closed his eyes.
"And you will be happy to know... Your Tormentor, Glacia has finally been dealt with... Even I could not stand that woman's anger streak any more." he added.

Shaiya blinked till she went very close to the bars. "Sh..She is gone?" She asked making sure she heard correctly. The woman almost killed her a few times. Her rage would tear into Shaiya's flesh time after time leaving her with deep scars on her body.
Shaiya searched his body language and eyes determining he was speaking the truth. "I have been in hiding. I was on Earth once before till I went searching for my old torturers. However, as you can see I am trapt in here now."

Berg nodded simply, "She was attempting to destroy a warrior from Earth who had attacked her. In her anger she stupidly tried to use a Death Ball... The attack would have destroyed my ship, you and most of East City." said the emperor, "I destroyed her myself. And let the young warrior who she fought go. After holding her off he deserved it don't you think?" he asked.
He then chuckled a bit, "Oh? You have done a good job of it until we found your ship... Who may I ask... Attacked you? Or was it from a natural hazard... There are many of those in the depths of space."

She sat on the ground listening to the icejin in front of her. "You're strange....Frieza would have never let someone get away." She said bluntly. "Yes letting him go was good. He could become stronger..." She said more to herself.
She snapped out of it. "Well my ship was already failing to be honest. I am not sure if anyone had hurt me or attacked my ship." She said thoughtfully.

"Though I love my dear Cousin... He was a fool... Destroying an entire planet... Killing its people... For what? A few magic balls? That planet was worth its weight in gold." said Berg with a sigh, "But it is not right to speak ill of the dead." he added.
"Well then... It is lucky that my Palace Ship happened by... You might have died." said Berg softly before leaning forward and reaching out to the side of the cell and turning off the Electrified bars the metal bars going quiet losing their electric hum. "These aren't necessary..." he added.
"Now that we are talking... I have an offer for you to listen to... " he said looking into her eyes with his own, "I will let you go... On the condition ... That you join my Royal Honor Guard." he offered shockingly, "A simple year of service... And you are free to go about your way."

She watched his hand reach over and turn off the electricity. She touched the bars. She narrowed her eyes. "Why sell world's?" She asked eyeing him.
She heard his request and scoffed. "So I can do what? Kill innocent if they defy your orders? Be controlled like some dog? I don't think so." She said calmly but every word she spoke was serious. She would not be controlled "Just because you have acted in a decent manner to me does not make me see you different. You try to control what should not be controlled. You try to earn money at the cost of others. This I will not become."

"I see.... Do you know what my Home Planet went through when My Uncle and Cousins were killed? Recession after Recession... Riots... The money made from their Piracy Organization brought in lots of money we were wealthy." said Berg then tilted his head, "And I don't plan on killing any more then I have to make sure my Empire Spreads. Besides... I found a better way to make income from planets... Mercantilism. They simply pay the Home world a percentage a year and they have the benefits of being part of the Empire... The Protection of the Royal Armies, Navy... " he explained.
"And the Honor Guards real purpose is to Protect me... Unless I give the orders to do otherwise. Glacia was only supposed to scout for the one I came here for... Axle had to take over that mission. I assume he is tied up because I haven't seen him since he has left."
Berg then just sat back, "But you aren't even tempted? The Power of it? The Wealth it will bring...? The Prestige? I guess you have more Saiyajin in you then I had thought... A strong stubborn people. Dealt with a bit too harshly probably..."

Shaiya listened to him. "Recession you say?" She began to laugh. "Recession?! THAT IS NOTHING!" She laughed more before it came out a giggle. "The power? You believe I wish for power? and Wealth?" She asked smirking.
"Do not get me wrong I love a good fight but power and wealth? These things mean nothing to me. I am unlike my bretheren dear Cousin of Frieza. I do not lust for blood. I only want peace." She said softly. Shaiya hatched an idea though. "I tell you what.....Give me 4 hours to truely think about it. I will give you an answer then." She said softly bowing her head.

"Fine... But do make it quick we have other... Guests coming. You have until the Earth's Heroes come to the palace when I make my announcement." said Berg softly before standing up. "Please do think it over Rationally... I would hate to waste such talent by leaving it in a Jail Cell for the rest of its users life."
Berg then took a Lift up to the Middle deck where the Dining area was before going to the kitchen, "Is everything on scedule? It is?" he said smirking, "Good good... I will give these... Heroes a nice meal before they are destroyed."
