Gimmick: Former big time manager of bands, celebrities, etc. Blew most of his money on gambling and other questionable past-times, for a period of his life, he was homeless. Has gotten into wrestling to start managing again. He enjoys the finer things in life, and his indulgent behavior is often his downfall. For all his negative qualities Louie redeems them with excellent financial skills, a strange way of persuading people and an unpredictable nature at ringside. Has basic wrestling training. Works primarily as a manager, interviewer and commentator.
Wrestling Style: Isn't much of a wrestler. He can hold his own for a small amount of time, but any good wrestler wouldn't have a hard time beating Louie. He compensates for his lack of ability, with backup, a lot of backup. He is an excellent strategist, able to plan ambushes and run ins very well.
