This is something that you're not likely to see in a history book, but it's something worth knowing about. The Attempted American Coup d'Etat of 1934It details an alleged plot by big business to overthrow the legal government of the United States by capturing President Roosevelt.

Read "JFK: The CIA, Vietnam, and the Plot to Assassinate John F. Kennedy" by L. Fletcher Prouty.
It's written by a former CIA agent who came out against the CIA and their covert nature. (If you've seen the movie JFK, he's essentially "X", the character portrayed by Donald Sutherland) He goes into the history of the United States starting with the end of WWII and gets directly to the point that there is a "high cabal" that does run the show.

ResidentOfThe6thDemension therefore History Channel, National Geographics, Discovery Channel ect. can't be trusted either? I used to <3 watching these stations, but at this point I dont know what to believe... they tell the main stream "truth". so yes there will be occasional lies in there, but they don't know they are telling lies.. because to them it's all they know. and even if they did know the truth, they obviously wouldn't be allowed to broadcast it. those are still channels worth watching imo. a lot better programs than other channels have. but yea, some of their programs are just distractions, like 2012, Nostradamus, freemasons etc etc.. they give you some truth but the program is a distraction because it keeps you away from the REAL truth. you know what i mean right? and like the space shows, they are still great to watch but of course we'll never see anything truthfully significant like "structures on the moon/mars" "life on the moon/mars/moon's of jupiter" or full color ground images of the moon/mars w/e... but it's not like they are supplied with that information in the first place.. it's all top secret nasa stuff. Oooh but I love "Ancient Aliens" the series biggrin
