And the seasons, they go round and round  Abby, deciding that it would be alright to leave Chinatown, went back to the den. She put the loaf of bread, now cold, into the breadbox. She had taken a special treat for whoever came next. She had taken cinnamon bread.
Abby went to one of the back rooms and sat on the bed. On the side table, an old and tattered book sat beside a lamp. She clicked on the lamp which flickered before it came fully on and began to read. It did not interest her very much, but it helped pass the time. Abby did not like to spend too much time in the den, liking to keep it open for others, but while she did stay there, it was nice and she enjoyed being able to be bored in a bed with a lamp.

 "Any and all creatures here be warned Raven's in the Den." Molly called as she entered the Den. She knew how it could be to not know someone else was there untill you ran into them and tried to kill each other before realizing that the other person was a creature too. She knew, she'd done it. So everytime she came home, and it was her home, she'd sound off that she was there so no one else freaked. Molly hadn't been around when the Den had been found, and she still didn't know who found it, but she'd adopted it as her home and she'd been using it as such since it had been shown to her by another escapee from Alcatraz. The Den was rather comfortable and even had cable TV stolen from the thrift store directly above it. The place was perfect. She smiled and took off her jacket. She used it hide her massive wings, sure a trench coat wasn't exactly the fashon statement she was going for but when you had a 10ft wingspan you made sacrifices, including ones to you wardrobe. On the plus side she could wear as many flirty halters as she wanted because she needed room for her wings. She found that this came in handy whenever there were guys in the den. She looked around for any sign of other creatures. There were a few who were regulars like she was. Probably the one she knew best was Lehr, a quiet little creature from out of state who could teleport and make a mean beef stew. From the looks of things she wasn't around though. Her jacket was gone and her usual room stood empty. 'Probably out doing a food run if I know her.' Molly thought stretching her wings to their full extent. Another handy thing about the Den was how big it was. She could comfortably stretch her wings if no one was in the room. "If you're here and awake sound off so I know please." She called looking in the cupboards for top ramen, something that they always had way more than they needed.

And the seasons, they go round and round Abby lifted up her head at hearing Raven calling out. "Abby is here!" she hollered back as she put in her bookmark. She got off the bed and walked down the short hall to the main room. "Cinnamon bread in the breadbox over there" she said as she looked at the large black wings while leaning against a wall.
Abby studied the new girl. Her large black wings stretched more than two Abbys. "Can you actually fly with those?" Abby nodded at the wings. She was always interested when she met new people.

Raven smiled. "Hehe yeah I can." She said, her wings folding against her back. "Nice to meet you Abby." It was always fun to meet new creatures, and to see their reactions to her. It wasn't everyday that you met a girl with wings, even if you were a creature. "You must be newer to this part of town, I praticly live here and I don't believe we've ever met, either that or we somehow managed to never be in The Den at the same time."

And the seasons, they go round and round Abby smiled. "Probably a bit of both. I don't stay here too long to make room for others, so it's possible to have missed each other, but I'm also relatively new around here," she replied.
Abby walked over to the counter and grabbed an apple. She loved apples above any other fruit, not that she got fruit often, so she liked to enjoy the apples when she was at the den. "Can you do anything besides fly?" Abby asked still curious about the stranger as she propped herself onto the counter.

Raven shook her head. "Nah just the flying thing." She said getting a pot to cook her ramen in from one of the cupboards. "I'm pretty good with a knife though." She said motioning to the dagger-like knife she had on her belt. She got water in the pot for her ramen and started it boiling before looking back at Abby. "What about you? Any nifty powers or are you like our Paul?" She asked. "Paul's just plain agent turned nice guy that lives here too. He's actually here more than me. You might have met him."

((OOC:I'm going to use Paul too if thats cool... I'll have his pic next to him when its him to tell the two apart.))  Paul walked through the tunnels with his mutt Moe at his heals. He'd been out raiding, but not for food this time. They were plenty stocked up on that but they were running low on bath things, and you'd get the occasional creature that needed new cloths, so instead of the usuall Stater Bros. run he'd gone and done Walmart. He now had a brand new back pack, some cooking pots, cloths in all sizes and the basic essentials. He'd even grabbed Lehr a new pair of shoes, and Raven some make-up as a special treat. Why a girl with wings needed make-up he'd never know, but Raven would love it anyway. He got to the entrance of the Den and stopped. There were voices on the inside. One was definatly ravens, and that had Moe's tail wagging. The other wasn't so familure. He walked in as Raven started talking about him. "Awe Ray must you talk about me when I'm gone." He said with a smile as he waved to the new girl. Moe of course immidiatly went to Raven for his hello before bounding over to the other girl.

And the seasons, they go round and round ((Cool, I do the same thing with my characters >.< I just need to get a different quote for Silas. He's quite the....a** and need a quote that is not in pastels))
Abby was mauled by a dog before she could reply. It licked her face as she tried to push it off. "Down boy?" she half asked him. When he had finally licked all over her face, she jumped down from the counter and washed her face with a wet cloth in the bathroom.
Abby returned to the main area and looked at the newcomer/oldcomer. "Paul I presume? I'm Abby." she introduced herself. "I look into and sometimes mess around with peoples minds...mostly just look though. Changing things takes a lot of energy," she explained to them.
She rubbed her gloved palms together in an absentminded tick of her's. The palm with numbers inscribed on it always seemed to itch strangely. She hated the numbers with a passion.
