When you post ur story, make two topics, one with the STORY and another one for spaming and feedback, oppinions and such...
Dont be TOO harsh with the critism, and dont take it too harsh either...

The writters will post their small NONfictional bio, nothing important, just the basics, and they will be given TOTAL control over this thread...
