Okay, some explanation of the process!
All steps are numbered so you can follow them in here...although they were already very easy to follow lol, but anyway!
Step 1:
This was the very start of the sketching part.
I didn't know what to draw so I just let the hand do it's job.
Step 2:
Cleaned the drawing using Painter, because the brush setting is better (for me) for more clean lines than Photoshop. In this phase I noticed I made a mistake, but I didn't fix it.
Step 3:
Since white background kills my eyes, I tried with a dark gray one, which helps a lot lol.
The first thing I always start to color is the skin using always a base color.
Step 4:
Once the skin is fully colored and with it's shadows in place, it's time to start with the hair.
Normally I color the eyes along with the skin, but I just didn't this time lol.
Step 5:
Added shading to the hair and added some small details.
Oh! and colored the dress haha.
Step 6:
Once the skin, hair, dress and eyes colored, it's time to clean the whole mess.
Each part described above were colored in different layers. I mean, one for the skin, one for the hair and so on.
Well, in the last step I fixed somehow what was bothering me since the beginning, her left eye.
Added a cheap background and saved it.
