These are the corridors of the underground base of the X-men that is under the Xavier Institute. These cooridors connect to each of the different sections of the Underground Base and it has several entrances above ground in the Institute. Only the members of the X-men know of the entrances, although occasionally, by sheer luck, one of the Civilian students find the entrances but can't open them.

Hikaru had entered the Underground Base through one of the entrances. The one that Hikaru had used was one that was near his dorm room, and now he wondered if Seishi was in the base. It was at that point that Hikaru realized that he really needed to get some training at least. Hikaru walked silently through the corridors of the Base, heading towards the section of the Base known as "The Danger Room" which was mainly a training simulation room. Hikaru noted that the corridors were completely clean as he headed towards the Danger Room. Once outside it, he prepared to open the doors.

Hikaru left the Danger Room at a near sprint, heading out one of the entrances to a part of the school closest to Seishi's office, wondering if Seishi was there or not. Hikaru did wonder where Seishi went after they got back to the school, while Hikaru had been unconscious at the time. It was fairly interesting at least, as he wondered what the others did after they got back to the school. Nonetheless it was fun to be back at the school.
