- The steady pay - The benefit of always knowing you'll have a roof over your head and food in your belly (for the most part). - The educational benefits are a plus, I enjoy knowing I keep getting more college credits the longer I stay in and the better I get at my job. - The health and dental benefits. - The brother and sister mentality found in the Navy. - The knowledge that I'm serving my country. - ETC

and most of all...handsome men everywhere! Lol where are you stationed? When I lived in the barracks they were trashy, and I can count on one hand how many handsome men I've seen haha. I do love the pay and benefits. I also love the new NWU's and the structure. It's interesting to meet so many people from so many different backgrounds. The Navy rocks my socks lol

The travel is the best. Get stationed overseas anywhere and then travel from there. There are not many other careers out there that will pay you to see the world.

Having the honor of being a hospital corpsman, and serving with my fellow sailors and marines. Even if this place isn't all that great, and we all deal with the bullsh-, nothing is more satisfying to me than hearing, "Thanks doc." from the people I care for. Semper Fortis.
