Coconut and Hazel were just casually being walked by Milly along the streets of Waya when Hazel spotted a squirrel and ran.The leash was jerked out of Milly's hand,Coconut ran after the other dog and followed her example.And before you knew it,Milly had been stopped short by a truck backing out of an alley way.

Hazel's paws were beating against the gravel that lined the dirt road,she stopped.Panting,she slowly walked off to the side of the road and laid in the lush green grass that blanketed down the hill which led into a creek.She rolled over on a daisy and blew on a dandelion."When are we going to get back to Waya?"Hazel asked the small white Coconut as she trotted past her.

"No time soon my friend."Coconut was considered the smart one.She walked down the slope and sat at the rocks that surrounded the creek.Ducks quacked in the water."We're gonna be here for a while,time to catch dinner."Coconut perked up her ears and spoke.Her head swayed from side to side,carefully following the movements of an orange catfish.SPLOOSH.Water bursted up in rows as the small hunting dog pounced at fish.She disappeared under the water with her food.Hazel sat up wondering where she went.Coconut resurfaced with her catch in her mouth.She walked to a clearing of flat land and waited for the fish to die.She dropped it on the ground,then took a test of meat."Not bad."She shook her body free of water then layed down paws on her meal."Cool!Can I have some?"Hazel asked

"Please!"Coconut didn't answer,"Okay fine,be that way!"Hazel walked back down the hill and spotted a fish.She missed,A fish is not an easy one... she thought,Quack quack! she looked over and saw a crossed eye duck wandering dangerously close to Hazel,she quickly dashed behind a couple bordering bushes.QUACK!were the last words of the senior and blind duck,Hazel dragged it back to Coconut and dropped it where the fish lay in a boasting manner."Look what I caught!"she plopped down on the ground to be at eye level with the westie."It was blind."Coconut replied,licking her paws joyfully.Hazel felt offended and picked up the fowl and ate it under a tree.

Coconut rolled around in the grass,getting rid of any dirt.Hazel walked over from her meal.Coconut looked up from the ground and smiled,"I told you,that duck was blind."She got on her feet and looked at the fading sun.Hazel just sat down and pointed at the sun,"Hey look!A sunset,it's so pretty."she layed down and Coconut thought out what to do next,"Let's find a pile of leaves and spend the night her,what'd you say?"Hazel was taken aback at her suggestion.
