Personality:
While Naru is generally very peaceful and carefree, he is extremely loyal to his friends and will do anything to protect him. However, his personality takes a dramatic shift during the phase of the full moon, at which point he can become unrecognizable sarcastic and sadistic, even to those closest to him.

5'11, crimson eyes, usually some sort of black outfit. Pale skin, and black hair.

Background Story:
Synopsis of life prior to being an Agent: Agent Ginji was born into this word with the purpose of becoming a ruthless killer with few emotions. Unfortunately that didn't quite go as planned. He was raised on a secluded island in a land where clans ruled the country and rivalry was high. He was the son of two assassins, and very skilled with all forms of swordsmanship, as well as Shadow Magic, though he excelled in the use of dual katanas. However, one day while on assignment, Ginji got caught in the middle of two rival clans on patrol. When Ginji woke up, he found himself on the Gaian Mainland a vampire and remembering nothing about his past save his name though he managed to retain his knowledge of swords. How he got to the Mainland, is still a mystery. Since then, he has met lots of friends, and matured incredibly. Today, Ginji is now the head of the third division of Section 13, known as N.E.E.W.D. (New, Enhanced, and Experimental Weapons Development) and lives rather peacefully, desigin weapons just in case they might be needed in battle, though there has been little occasion to use them (as far as anyone outside the GiB knows).

Agent Ginji knows about nearly everything that happens on Gaia...It's kinda his job...

Powers/Abilities:
I'm a vampire, so I'll have fun with this. Ability to regenerate my body from both blood and shadows. Master swordsman when equipped with my blades, and a master shadowmancer as well as shadowcaster, but only in dire situations. Vampiric senses also go a long way. ABle to withstand sunlight due to advanced age, to an extent. (Here's the deal, Alucard+Lestat+Deshwitat. Nice and easy package for ya there~)

Weaknesses:
What? There's such a thing as weakness? Pfft, whatever man. Ok fine, I'll go old school... Holy objects as always, will do major damage. If both brain and heart are destroyed before either one can regenerate, it's lights out. Complete immersion in sunlight will not cause re-death, however it will prevent any form of regeneration, rendering him susceptible to any normal mortal damage. Lawyers, IRS agents, and telemarketers also have slight weakening affects on Naru. WARNING IN ADVANCE: a stake through the heart will hurt like a sonofabitch, but unless Ginji is in complete light, it will not kill him instantly, nor will waving a cross in his face.

Gear:
Dual katanas: EMP blade, Shadow Blade. Standard GiB gear. Anti-X Battle Armour: Created after the S.A.X. incident. Made specifically to counter S.A.X.-like beings via an arsenal of X-type weaponry and defenses, include an automatic EMP barrier, and programming specifically written to prevent hacking and corruption.

Other:
As head of Weapons development, Ginji is remarkably skilled at thinking of, designing, and creating weapons on the spot, even with just the most basic materials. He's also able to recreate weapons and gear from spare parts, assuming he has access to the original blue prints on his Datapad. Because of this, his arsenal of gear and weapons constantly changes.
