Personality - Genzon Kugutsu Tatsukin is considered to a rather smart a**; also correcting people and making them look rather idiotic. Genzon, usally would be labelled as a perfectionist due to his standards being far beyond what normal humans considered average. He fights only for what he believes needs to be fought for, he is usually a ranged fighter but he also had trained in order for him to become a rather extensive close range combat fighter. Genzon when fighting plays psychological games while relentlessly attacking them with his puppets hidden within the mist. Genzon believes that he should protect his fellow village members however losing his father from the purging of bloodlines he grows a deep hatred against them.

Bio -
The Water Country had been marked by violence and civil wars for many years. The citizens of the country blamed the powerful bloodlines for this strife. The citizens began to turn against the bloodlines and kill any clans who remained in the country. Some clan members fled the bloodshed by attempting to hide their powers and live as normal citizens. He was once the son of a farmer who tended the fields of the Water Country, who were raided by local militia and ninjas who did not pertain to bloodlines. His father had gone missing.
Hidden Mist staged a violent and bloody test to choose who could graduate from their academy. Friends and classmates who had studied together were pitted against each other, with advancement predicated upon one killing the other. However an event happened to change their exam methods. Genzon’s early days in the village even changed the way it worked in selecting Genin candidates. Previously, academy students would be put into pairs and when the exam came, forced to fight to the death. However, one year occurred where nobody became a Genin because a single child that wasn’t even in the exam had slaughtered over forty candidates. That child’s name was Genzon Kugutsu Tatsukin.
Genzon grew up to earn his reputation as an expert in silent killing, concealing himself in a thick fog and sneaking through it without a sound to take his victims apart.
As a Jounin, his very first solo S-Ranked mission was near disaster, he was sent to go assassinate a man who lead the rebel army who attacked the great bloodline clans, the very man who killed his father. During the mission he had fought his way through the guards with little problems, once he got to the designated target all hell broke loose, for he had the scar over his forehead just as the man who killed his father had, Genzon went straight for the man throat without any supporting Jutsus, and this was not his style. The battle raged between the two for what seemed to be hours. Narrowly escaping death Genzon had achieved his goal after striking the heart of the man with his blade, and with this his mission and revenge was complete. Genzon had completed his goal in life and now he did not feel the human emotion fear, and without fear he was the perfect solider. For he had no reason to live making him one who does not fear death.
Genzon completed mission after mission by himself raking in points after points raising his reputation behind the scenes. Genzon was the dark shadow of the Kage, doing any work in which was bestowed upon him.
However Genzon refuses to follow the new Kage and became a wanderer, wandering through villages and living different life styles until he grew bored of them. Genzon still keep contact with his village.

Jutsus
Mist creation – With this Jutsu, Genzon calls forth the power of his village in which surrounds a targeted area with Mist cutting the target’s vision and senses dramatically.
Water Puppet – Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target. However Genzon is able to control more than seven puppets at a single time, also he may control these water puppets through connection between the chakra in the mist.
Water Seal Water Prison – This is a replication of Genzon’s famous water prison in which locks a designated target in place, however the only difference is that Genzon may use the Mist to carry his chakra instead of getting close to the target.
Water Body Replication – This is one of the most common Mist village ninja Jutsus in which allows him to escape easily when in a bind.
Thicken Mist Drowning Technique – This technique is very unique technique in which he thickens the mist in a very dense level in which anyone in it begins to breathe in water, thus the drowning part.
Water mind trap – This traps the person in a state of mind in a constant belief that they are drowning, rendering the body useless. However Genzon has to be physically touching the person’s mouth in order for this Jutsu to be successful
Pressure water wave amplification – With the slash of his shield blade he causes the water to ripple a small water wave, however when he uses this technique the pressurized wave increases by an exponential amount, causing physical pain.
Mist Alteration Technique – Using this Genzon has the ability to change the temperature, the density and humidity
Water Skin Armour – This technique is a constant flow of water at a rapid rate in which deflects minor missile weapons such as Kunai and Shuriken. However heavier weapons such as Fumma Shuriken would cut through.
Ultimate Technique Mist Fusion –With this Genzon physically fuses with the mist causing him to become immortal, he has the choice in when and where he takes a physical form. This Technique may only be used once in each battle due to taking a huge toll on his Chakra and his body.
Grand Waterfall Technique - a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Water Muscle Amplification Technique - is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the
Water Element. Using his ability to transform his body into water, Genzon will reform his arm in a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows him to deliver more powerful swings with his weapon
Water Encampment Wall - a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

Other Skills.
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense.
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
