Personality: Protective, flighty, prepared to fight but would rather run, all things that Lehr herself uses as description for her personality. She's blun and has little room for games. She's been running a long time and things kp getting worse.
History: Lehr was born just like everyone else, normal. She grew up normal. Her powers didnt manifest themselves until she was already a grown woman who was on her way to being happily married. When they did come around Lehr lost control of them and managed to electricute her Fiance to death. Greif stricken she fled. She's been running for three years, dodging agents and trying to find some way to sot her life out. She still doesnt have full control of her powers but recently she has found that she can use them to teleport herself short distances.
Powers/Abilities: Controls electrical currents. She can also teleport short distances. The teleportation is the only thing she really has a handle on. She's still working on the electricity and has no idea how strong it can really get.
