Rough points:
>There are only a few rankings in this pride. The Boss, his Right Hand Man, an Heir (in training to take over the Boss' position), Priestess (The only non-slave, mortal position for a female), Bandits, and Slaves.
>Boss - Should be pretty obvious.
>Right Hand Man - Also, pretty obvious. Though, while the boss makes the final call on decisions, his Right Hand Man plays an important role in the outcome of these decisions.
>Priestess - Always female. Preistess MUST be a virgin until she lifemates, at which point she will be replaced.
>Bandits - General position for the males. They're the "Army," so to speak. They're treated pretty well for their loyalty to the higher-ups.
>Slaves - All females are slaves, with exception to any goddesses and the priestess. Typically used for food-getting and smex. If a female can prove herself, she can climb the ranks to be a Bandit.
>Fire-y colors favored, but not required.
>There will be in-pride nicknames (for the guys, at least) that will be on the cert.
>Pride will live on a mountain, which they have called Mount Reikaku (Ray-cah-coo)
>Pride worships the goddess of gravity, who protects them and their mountain. Likewise, the priestess is the Priestess of Din-tei, and has the ability to summon the goddess if required.

Do something about this? It would be my pleasure! This girl is the priestess... Any abuse of her or misconduct in her presence is punishable by death. So, I go away for a while and you take over the whole operation, eh? You even got yourself a bride... Quite a trick for a piglet like you. I agree... Eiken's a real idiot, taking over the gang while Genrou's gone... History: What's he thinking? That sack of scum's thrown his weight around way too much. The Bandits of Mount Reikaku have been around for a long time, passing on power from boss to heir. That tradition has worked for ages, even for the current boss, Tasuki. That was, until he had to leave on a mission. He felt it necessary to go out and seek a priestess for the pride, so they could summon Din. While he was out, though... A lion-bandit named Eiken managed to take over, and take the boss's seat. He was strong, but U-G-L-Y. And fat, let's not forget that. As a mere bandit, he couldn't get any of the slave girls to have fun with him, but as boss... He had the power his new position to force them into it. While slaves were often forced to entertain the boys, it was never like this. He treated them with no respect whatsoever, where the rest of the pride would treat them at least to a good time. Not to mention... He liked it rough. And the slaves did not. Everyone in the pride was disgusted by his behavior, but scared to challenge him, he did have the Shadow Soldiers at his command. However, the true Boss is making his return. With Kouji ready to strike from within the pride, and Tasuki making his return... Things aren't looking particularly good for Eiken...

Only the bandits would have an easy time with this task after having repeated it multiple times in their lives. After this, they reach an area that is open to the outside, letting light in. It's inaccessible without first managing through the tunnel. There's a large "Dining hall" area, with many off-shoots. There's a small pool that has sprung up conveniently in the "dining hall." It's very shallow, only up to the paws, but pretty wide, wide enough to keep the pride hydrated here. There's also a river in the valley at the base of their mountain that they can go to to drink, if they feel. The Dining hall is the location of many parties, though celebrations can also be held outside. Each offshoot from the "Dining hall" is a den for a male. Females are grouped into one large den with the cubs. Higher ranking members all go down a different tunnel. This spits you out into another alcove, again, lit by sunlight, which splits into 4 large dens - The Boss' chambers, the Right-Hand Man's chambers, the Priestess' chambers, and the Heir's chambers.

Toll payment can consist of something shiny, food, entertainment, or even services for a short period of time. (Though, the latter is considerably rarer than other forms.) >Any non-lions caught in the pride's turf (that isn't just passing through, or is passing through but can't pay the "toll") will become a slave. If the trespasser is female, it's entitled to the same things as the lions. If male, well, the lionesses can do whatevvvvvvver they want with him. >In late juve/early adol stages for cubs, males rejoin the adult males for a bit of counseling on how to be a good bandit. They're shown the ropes and taught the pecking order, in which they find their place. >IF there is no heir at the time, all juve/adol males moving in with the adults will undergo an IC investigation by the Boss, his Right-hand Man, and the Priestess. This does not have to be RP'd out, as the heir would be chosen OOCly, but you can assume that it does, if there isn't an heir. >If the Priestess is ready to accept a lifemate and leave her position, she must find a replacement before she loses her virginity. This way, there is always a priestess. >Slaves may try making their more masculine girls look male. >A slave lioness may want a better life for her daughter in the pride. In this case, she can try to pass off one of her more masculine daughters (as a feminine one wouldn't be able to pass as one) as a male cub. They are raised as a male, and can sometimes make it into the bandits when the male juves/adols move up with the guys. This is difficult to pull off, however, and not often successful. When she shows a lack of a mane is typically when they're found out, but by this time, they typically have built up some trustworthiness with the boss and are often upgraded to bandits.

.... Could you, uh... Do something about this? Festivities It would be my pleasure! Festivities occur under multiple occasions, and there are... Well, they party a lot. Some of the common events that the Bandits rejoice for are the following: >Good haul of slaves - If they manage to take in a particularly large group of newbies, it shall be celebrated. >Good haul of swag - If the manage to bring in a lot of goodies, it shall be celebrated. >Marriage - Though rare, it shall be celebrated! >Crowning of a new Boss >Crowning of a new Right-Hand >Crowning of a new Priestess >New "recruits" >Anything they get riled up about, pretty much.
