Strider laughed slightly, watching as his younger sister furiously attempted to hack the Rising again, repeatedly failing.

"Ugh!!" Casper yelled in frustration, pushing the keyboard away. She glared at the screen, knowing exactly who was to blame for this. "Oh he will pay," she muttered, pulling the headset that was plugged in off its hook and putting it on.

"Timor of The Resistance, I challenge you to a fight!"

The AoC would like to point out that Casper is being rather stupid and angry, which is why it is so funny.

Strider covered his mouth in an attempt not to laugh.

Casper, even more enraged, stood up and stormed out of the communications building, her eyes a rather bloody shade of red. There were some shrieks and "Ouch!"-es heard from outside, making Strider laugh even more.

But now, he was curious. First off, he had never properly met Timor, he was too young. Second, it seemed Timor was rather powerful, and smart, which made Strider a bit nervous. (The AoC&S is shocked that Strider actually has emotions and is allowing Strider to run away with the story here out of pure amazement.)

Picking up the abandoned headset, Strider inspected it for about five minutes, unsure how to turn it on, put it on, or use it, but eventually figured it out.

"Timor of the Resistance, in my sister's place, I, Strider the Slayer, challenge you."

The AoC&S is very persistent, considering she is bored, low on post numbers, and there is absolutely nothing else going on right now in the guild.

Now, it was Strider's turn to wear a custom-made by AoC&S face. A dash of confusion, two cups of exasperation, and just the tiniest sprinkling of anger all whipped together and baked at a slow challenge.

"Once again: Timor from The Resistance, I challenge you. Do you accept or chicken out?" Strider said into the headset, with a slightly taunting tone towards the end. Yes, he is still a teenager. Yes, he is still immature.

Strider, again wearing a custom expression but one too scary to describe, growled into the microphone, "The bombed out field, not to hard to miss, but I'll make sure to put a big sign out so your old eyes can spot it."

Casper came back just at that moment and cocked her head at her brother.
"He can use that?" She wondered aloud, jumping as a fireball nearly hit her in the face. Sure enough, as he pulled back his hand, there was smoke coming out of it. Somebody's pissed, she thought, amused.
