Aekea Wiki

Key:
[1] Crane
[2] Train Station
[3] Ichiraku Ramen Shop
[4] Hospital
Aekea is the fourth town to be introduced to Gaia Online. It is east of Barton and has an industrial theme, surrounded with a metal wall, filled with machinery and buildings made from scrap metal. Although it is hardly the prettiest town, it does have some plant life in the form of patches of grass, which is more than Durem has within its walls. There is just one small entrance to the walled town: under a guard tower in the south. The most noticeable feature is definitely the giant crane in the middle, and then the hospital billowing smoke in the north west. The jagged smokestack skyline and smoggy air make Aekea an inhospitable place to live, but thousands of Gaians visit every day for factory-direct prices on Aekean manufactured goods. As the industrial center of Gaia, it's home to furniture factories and car repair shops, as well as one of the most famous wholesalers of miscellaneous goods, Liam's Crate & Apparel. Having finished the 2007 Summer Festival in second place, but coming in last in the Rejected Olympics, this town is pretty flat-lined when it comes to popularity.
