You know you're a band nerd when...
-When getting new reedsis like getting a new video game.
-When you cry when you miss practice.
-You go to homecoming and you get a bunch of your band geek friends to march box drills with you on the dance floor.
-You don't hear yourself thinking about your day before bed. You hear music from concert or marching band instead o.O
-Your band has never been there for the football team. Your there because u love marching band and mocking the cheerleaders. Your there to blast stand tunes until your lungs go raw
-When you get in a fight with a freshman in pep band who loves football over whether bandies should be there for the band or the football team
-You have a folder in your computer titled 'Band'.
You have SEVERAL folders in your computer titled 'band'.
Your entire computer is so full of band stuff, that you have a folder entitled 'other'- the rest is band stuff.
The 'other' folder is empty.
-When you name your reeds... to keep track of them
-When you carry more than 1 instrument to school
-You watch football games on tv and know all of the marching band's songs
-You know the differences between french horn and trumpet
-You can't imagine your fingers not feeling numb at a football game
-You can't imagine not constantly blowing into your instrument at a football game to keep it warm.
-You laugh at the people who think that playing the recorder is hard
-You can tell when they fake playing an instrument on tv
-u deny ur a band nerd
-ur obsessed with practicing
-ur in every kind of band known 2 man and several known to dolphins
