Deep in the forest, a small, furious battle took place. Brother and sister clashed swords in a furious flurry. The brother, Delahn hissed in fury "You have misplaced loyalty! Your race needs more of us and you slither like a serpent away from their wise hands!" The sister, Nokirea screamed in rage "Our race can fend for themselves with their mindless army. You heard their tainted calls and you turned in your own FAMILY!!! They killed all but us and yet you seek to kill me too!" Their arguments slashed back in forth, and so did their swords.

Zaqui was walking along the forest with fresh fish that he cot as he heard swords clashing in a clearing up ahead. "Now I wander who that may be?" asked Zaqui as he walked over to a tree climbed it and watched the two elves fighting.

(Yeah, this is fully free) Nokirea saw a figure out of the corner of her eye, but ignored it, and kept fighting for her life against her own bother.

Zaqui looked at the two elves trying to kill each other as he got bored. "Hay why are you two fighting?" asked Zaqui as he began to skin his fish with a small knife his had in his boot.

Nokirea grunted "We are -ugh- brother and sister, my-our family was unloyal to the elves for various reasons, so we finally did something against the elven army... and he turned us in. They killed our family, all but us, and he is to blame. Now he hunts me down and tries to kill me, and I do as well. As long as both of us stay standing, we are probably going to keep fighting" Nokirea suddenly transformed into a type of scorpion and stung Delahn in the leg, but injected just enough venom to paralyze him. Then she transformed back into an elf, sword in hand, and sat down.

Zaqui jumped out of the tree and walked over to Nokirea. "Unloyal? that dose not sound like the elves I know. May I ask why you are unloyal to your peoples own army?" asked Zaqui as he sat down and began to make a fire. "You look hungry... would you like a fish?" offered Zaqui.

"Sure... it started with my parents... My father was asked to join the army, and... He decided not to. My mother was crippled, for she was a shapeshifter like me and someone went pelt-hunting, (Well you can tell how that went) Well father had to hunt for us. My brother, Delahn and I were too young to hunt. The army was persistent. One night, they broke into our house, and well, father had to drive them out, but ended up killing them. About a week later Delahn turned us in. They brought too many people for him alone. I stole my bow and arrow from the house, Delahn, his axe. We were the only ones to live." Nokirea's voice trailed off. She grew teary eyed.

Blood walked warily through the wood's watching every dark place for anything that moved until he heard something. People out here, this late? He thought to himself confused then edged up to them and watched from a bush, his human blood definitly making himself noticeable. One female, two males. If they were hunter's like him then they would be looking for food too, but their weapon's looked primitive. Like out of B.C. when they used rock's and twig's to kill each other. Two looked beat and worn down while the the second male looked like he had just got out of the shower. That's when he took another step and stepped on a twig.

Nokirea looked over to where she heard a twig snap. "Hello!" she yelled. "Need help?"

Now seeing the being in full form he panicked, it wasn't human and it sure as hell wasn't friendly by looking at the weapon's it held. He got up slowly and inched back careful not to step on anything.

Nokirea rolled her eyes, she was used to having people back away when they realized how many weapons she carried. "Look, I'm not going to hurt you if you mean no threat." She said. She put her bow away and said, "I carry these for self defense. Nothing else."
