As you know, you are able to cast a kido spell depending on how many times your rank and points allow it (See list above for more information) but once that maximum number of times is gone then you are unable to cast that particular spell anymore until you have regained the ability to do so.
In order to regain a Kido you must first accumulate a total number of posts after the post in which you used your last time for that spell. Regaining kido spells can be a lengthy process as you can only regain the ability to recast one kido spell at a time, in other words, you can't regain the ability to recast several spells at once, though if you are an active poster it shouldn't take too long.
In order to regain the ability to cast a spell you must have posted a total number of post in the thread Kido Regain, which is located in the RP Sub-forum, this allows us to keep track and see that you are actually following the system. The below is the number of post required.

5 Posts = Regain one use of any one depleted spell.
10 Posts = Regain two use of any one depleted spell.
20 Posts = Regain four use of any one depleted spell.
40 Posts = Regain fourteen use of any one depleted spell.

The list above tells you how many regains you can earn by a total number of posts, but please remember, each rank has a maximum spell usage, for example, if you are Soldier with a spell that has a maximum use of three times for your rank and points, you can only fill it up to three uses again, in other words, if you post 40 times, you'll never get more than three uses, the list above is the maximum times you can cast a spell regarding points and ranks.
