So I was just watching Supernatural, season 1 'Hell House' when it got me thinking so I have come to share the question with the lovely people in this guild (^_^)
What is your favourite legend mentioned in an episode? Not the specific episode itself, but the legend behind it all.
And I guess you can add what is your favourite episode as well with a reason why.

My Favourite Legend(s) would have to be... either the Trickster or the rabbit foot. I know both are rather funny episodes but aside from that I thought they were both genuinely interesting stories.

Either season 2: Simon Said - because who doesn't want to be Andy Gallagher? oooorrrr season 5: The End. It's a great episode but a big point would be to a youtube music video that I watched which featured Dean and Castiel in it and it made me fall in harder in love with that pairing (not particulary fond of Wincest tbh. Sam and Dean would make a cute couple if people stopped mentioning the fact that they are brothers... in my opinion)

So what is yours?

I think the angels are my favorite, and the reason behind that is because simply because amongst all the evil that Sam and Dean, and even others, hunt there has never been anything that has done any good. And while the angels are not exactly Hallmark card material, most would still consider them a force of goodness. I'm glad that it's not just about the monsters anymore, and we are reminded that yes, there is some good, even though it's hiding.
