Well, I've had a shop since a few weeks, And in the pricing division people told me that traditional art doesn't really belong on Gaia because it's too low quality. I started to wonder if this opinion was shared by most gaians.
I make all of my art in markers.

I think traditional art if scanned well could do awesome on Gaia. Take Hellobaby from DA - if she moved to gaia I'm fairly certain she'd have takers and it's because she scans her work well.

So far it looks like your art scans pretty good as well. Though perhaps, if you have an art program (GIMP is free) a tidbit of an overal blur would even out the bits of lines that look rough. And(if you can't do that), since it is traditional, if it were me - I would focus heavily on the lineart. Giving it depth and what not. That always scans better than just single lines of lineart.

I'd give you an example but all of mine are over 5 to six months old.
ah, ignore some of the mistakes buuut { X } That's an example. that peice and several other of my traditionals actually sold extremely well on here. they rivaled my digital art in selling price. So again, it's really all in what you do with it. I'm a lineart addict so I'm really pushing the "add to your lineart" xP What size pen do you use?

wow, pencil...awesome xD

You can still do lineart with pencil to make it more established. It should do the same thing.

I actually like the colors of your art though - it's unique
