►█James Lanam█◄ Captain James Lanam woke up in the most predictable situation. The island was under attack again. The last attack was merely 5 days ago and now there's another rookie after his title of the best in the East Blue. The usual, a skull over crossed thigh bones on a black field flag shows proudly over the pirates. James came out of his hut and decided to face the whole pirate crew on his own. He look at the number against him totaling up to 25 good man. James stop on his tracks and announce. "surrender now or loose you life." He said simple as that. The whole opposing pirates seemed to get aggravated and there captain came in the front "Ah James Lanam is it. We here that you are a strong man, a strong man indeed. I am Captain Aragog the magnificent. I currently hold a bounty of 3 million beri. So what do you say? Join my crew or else." James didn't look too happy or to mad either. "No" He said simple enough again. "Well then you will........" If you blink you would have miss the part where all the ships sunk under water within seconds.

Captain Black Raven came down from his ship. It has been 3 days since the pirate attack and he needed a talk with this guy. James 'Gravity Man' or whatever. He didn't like him. He seemed to be too, nice for his liking. He stood outside James' door and screamed. "This is Captain Raven, open the door or face the consequence!" The captain stood his groud waiting for the pirates answer.

►█James Lanam█◄ James went out to face this Captain Raven. "What do you want captain?" James ask with a tad bit of confusion. He knew what he was going to ask but he didn't need to reveal that power now.Captain Raven took of his hat and look at James like he was strange. He knew that he knows that he knows that The marines wants this man as part of the shichibukai. But as James always replies by saying a simple no and go back to his hut to rest."James Lanam I'm Captain Black Raven of the marines 16th division led by Captain Nezumi. Again the world government is asking for you to join the shichibukai. If you refuse we will have no choice but to..." Before Raven could finish his whole fleet of battle ship was sunk within seconds. " Great my fist crewmate, welcome to the Blonde Hair pirate. Tell me what can you do captain raven?"

Captain Raven was taken back. All his battle ship that he bought with him to this tiny village of Syrup village, was sunk. They say that the legendary sniper use to live here but no proof was found about this. Raven jump back and took out his trusty cutlass. He held them a different position that it look like he didn't know how to battle. He held them backwards with the sharp end at the opposite way of the usual. " Never will i join you, you filt of a pirate."

►█James Lanam█◄ "Raven, don't you think the sparrow style is to old fashioned?" James said a bit amuse at how easily this man was beaten. It only took him one finger to beat him. "Too easy" James walk back to his hut but was stop by a hand. It was Raven still fully conscious and no injury seems to be found."Your fast Mr. Raven now i want you in my crew more so what you say? You want to join?"

" I...!I got no choice. Either I'm stuck in this island or join you." He pause and continued'You know, I always wanted to be a pirate. Always have, I just got stuck into life as a marine because of my family. They were all marines you know. So I guess you are my captain now. Alright Captain James, I'm joining you"

 Fayth lifted up her goggles on to the top of her head as she finished the newest sword in her collection. She smiled as she examined it looking over every part of it carefully. "My best yet. Wouldn't you say?" she said to herself with a laugh and flipped the sword up in the air and catching it by the handle in slashing the air. She then hung it up, happy with it and turned around and looked at her small hard to find shop and nodded to herself. It was perfect no one really bothered her but a few pirates that paid high price for her swords. She crossed her arms then sighed flipping back down her goggles and starting to work on something else.

Either Raven was good or he was born lucky. His new captain sent him to find a new crewmate and so far found no one. All the good ones of this islands seems to lack stamina and strength. But they were strong enough to damage his cutlass. Now he needed a blacksmith a no one could fix his sword. They all said find the lady hidden. Whoever that is he thinkss he found her."Excuse me are you by any chance a blacksmith?" He ask the increasingly attractive woman.

 Fayth put down her work and lifted her goggles to the top of her head turning to see who had spoken to her. She took one look at the man and said, "Yes but I don't sell to marines." She kept the hot iron in her hand just in case this was one of those marines that knew her bounty.

"Oh your mistaken. I'm a former Marine vice captain of the 16th division but now I'm one of the Blonde Hair Pirates. Well there's only two of us but its still great hanging out with captain and all." Raven quickly explained noticing the girl was a bit skilled in sword fight. He didn't need enemies at the moment.

"Blonde Hair Pirates?" repeated Fayth thinking about it a moment then shrugging, "I guess I'll have to take your word for it for now." She laid down the hot iron and took off one of her gloves holding it out to the man, "How can I help you today?"

"Well as you can see, my cutlass is currently broken from fighting new recruits. They were useless but gave me a fun time anyway." Raven took out his weapon and showed it to her.

Fayth laughed a little, "So ya'll are still a duo," she examined the weapon carefully looking over, "What'd you do go around asking just anybody to be on your crew? I cna fix this easily and since your part of a new crew I'll do it for a pretty cheap price too."

"Well yeah i guess thats what we do but we don't technically force anybody to join they just come to us and we test them. Simple right?." Raven explained taking out his money pouch. "Hows 2000 berri?"
