With minimal exercise. Just like walking to and from class and sitting, basic things from when we wake up to when we fall asleep.
Can someone tell me how many calories I burn in a typical day?
I am a 4 foot 11 female who weighs a 103 pounds.
Answer, please.

Age has to deal with what you burn as well... http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.phpI'm 21, 5'1 and 146lbs. Without exercise I burn like 1,365 cals but.... I tend to burn 300 - 700 cals with exercise almost every day while eating about 1,000 - 1,200 cals a day.

Madame de Sousa Age has to deal with what you burn as well... http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.phpI'm 21, 5'1 and 146lbs. Without exercise I burn like 1,365 cals but.... I tend to burn 300 - 700 cals with exercise almost every day while eating about 1,000 - 1,200 cals a day. You must be starving if you are eating that many calories a day... I'm 19, 6'1" male, 200 pounds. I burn 500 calories every time I work out. I take in on average of 1700-1800 calories a day. I eat small meals every 2 hrs. Roughly around 6 meals, composed of 200-350 calories a meal. I work my muscles 3 times a week do cardio every other day, except when I get to day when I work out my legs with weights. Then I have to swim 5 days after that.

I just can't afford food. sad Oh!! I hope you didn't take it as that I was saying, " you are starving your self". If you did, I apologize sweatdrop . Just meant that it's not healthy to take in that many calories a day. You should have at least a target point somewhere between 1500 and below 2000. Eating such a low calorie intake will make you lose weight, but will cause you to gain all that weight back very quickly along with some other weight. sweatdrop
