Vonali grew up on the poorer side of town, but she was happy. She was proud of the fact that she was known as a good girl, she never disobeyed her parents, did her share around the house and even did some work around town to help with the bills. She had made peace with her lot in life and she fit in well there. She didn't have many friends but a nice boy from uptown took an interest in her.
Her parents completely approved of the relationship and his parents were alright with the relationship. Their courtship progressed quickly and they consummated before they could even reach engagement. Nothing seemed to change overtly, but Von started noticing little things. Siian told her it was because his grandfather was placing more lessons on him and she believed him. A few months go by and Vonali realizes that she's missed her cycle, she approaches Siian, and his reaction was nothing like she expected. He got very upset and stormed away, after a couple of days he returned and apologized. He said it was ok and he'd fix everything.
She was naive and when he took her to the doctor she thought it was to care for the baby, but it was to kill it. He took her home as if nothing was wrong and the next day he broke up with her said he no longer needed her services. He even had the nerve to throw some cash at her dad before leaving. She was devastated and that night after she had calmed down a bit she went to see him.
When she arrived at his house, she stumbled upon him and a woman. He flatly stated that she was his intended. Without thinking she grabbed a knife and ran at him. While the girl ran screaming away, Siian calmly dodged her weak attacks and threw her into the streets. She laid there crying when Solvaris came to her, he slowly guided her towards an alley. There she met Zenour, who became her teacher.
Zenour was a rogue and over the last few years has taught Von all he knew. But that didn't stop her from thinking of Siian and she often snuck to his house and thought on how she could get revenge. Zenour noticed that her obsession was unhealthy and has decided to send her to his friend, Charmaine at the college.
