May I have a blood line wear it's like the kayuga(Bone) I might have spelled it wrong) clan except with blood. Like if their blood gets outside of their body the can move it around and control it, but only the users blood.

Name: Blood clan
History: They have always been a clan, but are branched off of the kayuga clan(Bone clan). They are considered dark and therefore avoided and normally grow up as outcasts. Some members of the clan are considered to be 'vampires' due to the fact that they drain a dead body of it blood. Most of the blood clan are secretive and quiet.
Abilities: To be able to control your own blood that's outside of your body.
Techniques:
*Drain~ Drains dead body of blood to make the person draining the body stronger
*Blood~ Basic control of your own blood that's outside of your body(No handsigns required)
*Scar Dance~ The user bits their finger(s) and then uses the blood to make a whip(s). Lashes out whip(s) at the opponet quickly to create many deep cuts that will create scars.
*Lotus Dance~ User makes small cuts on his/her arms. The blood forms large spikes attached to user's arms and then the user goes into close range combat with opponet, doing a seires of strikes with the spikes.
*Bloody Braken~ (Last resort move) user has all blood that has been spilt and brings it towards themself. User then creates two large weapons(Long sword and battle ax) out of the blood. Then using the rest of the blood, user spreads it out like a web shooting out everywhere, cutting opponet up greatly, and then runs through the webs, not touching any of them, at unseeable speeds and attacks enemy. (Drains user of all chakara and strength.)
*(A healing move) Blood Doner~ User does a few hand signs and then makes a small cut on hands. Then the user presses their hands into the person that is hurt and gives the person blood of their own that will heal them almost all of the way(Except broken bones)

and just a thought, since it is a branch off of the kayuga clan maybe you could have a sort of "dance" for the fighting style like he does.

Chishio (Blood circulating within the body)
Description
Chishio is much like the Byakugan. Instead of sensing and seeing chakra, one can see the blood that flows through the veins of everyone around them, and many miles further then that. The users of the Chishio can temporarily stop the movement of the blood, causing the opponents body to stop as well, and in extra need, can even kill by depriving the enemies brain of blood by controling the flow.
History
Chishio was branched off of the Hyuga clan's Byakugan. One ninja, who name was lost to the ages, developed this new eye technique. It took many years to perfect, eventually passing it through his blood to his child. And to this day it is mostly secret, the users of the Chishio tell only who they trust.
Abilities
Reverse
This technique reverses the flow of blood, causing it to gather in the heart, expanding it and causing extreme pain.
Stop
This tecnique stops the flow of blood all together, forcing the enemy to stop in their tracks, leaving them vulnerable for several moments.
Thicken
This technique thickens the blood of the enemy, causing a heart attack.
Death Knot
This technique stops the blood flow to the brain, causing a very slow and pain full death.
Weakness
Chishio can be countered by sending large amounts of chakra into one's blood stream, freeing it from the control of the user.

sorry syl...
-we already have a kekkei genkai that controls blood
-it seem a little too powerful. its kinda cool and its well put together in some senses. but the fact that you are pretty much controlling the enemy's body is a bit much.
-like i said it is well put together in some senses... but i don't see any way for it to work. most technics use chakra, physical aspects, or help from another being to work.
"one can see the blood that flows through the veins of everyone around them" this part has no problem.
"Chishio can temporarily stop the movement of the blood." how? do they use like a chakra string to gain control of it? is physical contact required?
I feel like it is a bit much for a character to be able to walk into a room and stop everyones heart,
are there any weaknesses?
how long can they control it? (i know things vary, but if you control someone else's blood i feel like you would control their whole body and kill them real fast...) If you change some thing up It is more likely to get approved.

Name: Ousama Clan
History: A clan that, as far as the world knows, is now dead and gone. They were a strong and peacefuller clan that only faught if it meant defending something. They were thought to have been wiped out by an unknown 1 man army that used fire and wind techniques.
Abilities: Their techniques gave them the ability to control their own elements and make it able for them to manipulate it.
Techniques:
*Elemental Shield~Allows the user to create a full body cast/shield made of their own element giving them a high defense
*Elemental Sword~This technique allowed them to manipulate their element into any type of weapon they could handle given their amount of chakra
*Elemental Drug~Being the most dangerous technique of the clan this one allowed them to manipulate their element to anything within 13.78 ft. It is the most dangerous because is it is used to enhance the users molecules for practically invincibility it has a 97.99% chance of killing the user right away.

Approved, though i feel it is unnecessary. a skilled chakra user can do these already, except the last one. (EX sasuke)
maybe the more than one element or just easy access to it, I.e. less training required.

~Full Moon clan~
Discription: This is a clan where all are blind. None of them can see the way most people do. They can see in different ways. Some being being able to sense things through the ground and exactly where people are, Another being being able to use the wind and sense where people are, another is being able to hear heart beats and being able to know where to attack or defend. They can also see the future the only problem with that is the future is always changing so it is hard for them to determine if something really will happen. The reason their name is the Full Moon clan is because most of the clan member's eyes have no pupil and are just one color.
Abilities: See the future. Senseing people even though they are blind.
Techniques:
Foresight~ See a little bit into the future. The picture isn't always clear and the future changes often.
One with nature~ You can sense things as long as they are touching earth/ground/plants.
Wind wistle~ Sense where people are and what they are doing by using the air.
Heart beat sensor~ You can sense heart beats and know where things are.
Sharpen Senses~ You sharpen all of your senses.
Weaknesses: They can't see and can be tricked. You can also use their foresight against them.
Strengths: They can sense where people are and in some cases tell what the enemies next move is going to be.
