Well... Hi there? My name's Alice Palmer. I'm freshly graduated from the Saffron City Police Academy. Team Rocket's presence has grown scarce in Kanto lately, so I've been transferred to the police force in Zatao. Apparently they've been a problem here. Or so I'm told.
What? No, I'm not wearing a uniform. Very observant of you. I'm undercover. My job is different from most other Officers. I travel Zatao as I please, posing as any other normal trainer. Why? Because rockets don't exactly go around out in the open committing crimes and stealing Pokemon. Especially not in front of uniformed police officers.
One problem, tho. I've got no Pokemon. Seems there was some mix up at HQ and there weren't enough for everyone at graduation. Just as well, I'm not too keen on having a Growlithe like everyone else.
