Chobi:
Kumo had a mouth full of green leaves collected from various plants. Chane, a rogue lion who lived with Kumo's family, had peaked his interest in herbs and their healing properties. Kumo had watched the lion play with these herbs and do some pretty neat things healing wise.
Now Kumo wanted a chance to play with the herbs. He, however, had no idea what sort of leafs Chane used. So he collected on of each kind he could fine.
The hyena looked rather silly walking around with a mouth full of leafs.
Keanie:
Thadeka tilted her head curiously as she watched the other puppy. Her mother was taking a nap, but sleep seemed to allude the little blue puppy leaving her, for the first time, wide awake on her own. After prancing after a family of shiny beetles, the happy go lucky little girl had come across this rather odd scene.
Slipping closer, she wagged her tail, hoping he wasn't sick and wanted to play. "Uh...eating the grass makes your tummy better not carrying them around."
Chobi:
Kumo hadn't noticed another pup was near by. He was startled by her voice, and thus dropped his leaves.
"I wasn't.." He looked over his shoulder at the blue female. Kumo raised a brow, surprised to see another one of his kind. The pup shook his head.
"I don't have an upset tummy," He then turned back to his leaves , trying to fit them back in his maw.
Keanie:
"Then why you doing that?" She cocked her head to the other side curious. Maybe the other puppy didn't know any better games? "Are they special? They look kinda dull."
Chobi:
Kumo shook his head , "Theifff nuff dawfffff" The pup had forgotten he had a mouth full of 'herbs.' He quickly spit them back up.
"I'll have you know these leafs are very special," The pup nodded, "They can heal." He left out the part that he wasn't sure which kind of leafs actually did the healing.
Keanie:
Thad frowned faintly when he tried to talk around the leaves then giggled when he spit them out. That was just so silly! Leaves healing...."uh huh."
Chobi:
Kumo could tell this girl wasn't buying his story.
"I'm serious!" He pleaded with her. "I'm just not sure if I got the right kind is all.."
Keanie:
"uh huh.." again the doubtful tone as she came to sniff at the slober covered leaves. "How do ya know which ones is da right ones?" She perked on ear curiously
Chobi:
Kumo made a face as if he was thinking, " uhhh, " he said, "I guess I really don't know... BUT I SEEN IT!" He nodded his head.
"I want to learn the secrets these leafs have to offer and be able to use them like Chane does." He gave her a smile. "I want to be a healer.
Keanie:
"What's a healer?"
Chobi:
Kumo had to think, "Uhh.." His eyes lit up.
"Some one who knows the secret of the leafs." He said at last.
Keanie:
"ah....sounds kinda boring to me." Why a puppy like her would want to do something so boring was beyond Thad's understanding. Didn't he know how to play??
Chobi:
"Boring?" Kumo blinked. He didnt know how leafs could be considered boring."Boring?" He repeated him self.
"How?"
Keantha is typing...
Keanie:
"Well..they don't do anything. " Maybe the pup was slow, like that bird that momma had said was bad in the head. She pawed at a leaf then looked at him again confused. "They don't even smell good."
Chobi:
Kumo gathered his leafs once more in his mouth. He tried to stick his tongue out at her but it didnt work well with a mouth full of leafs.
"Whelph, I fffuing fffffphhhw," He couldnt hardly speak. 'well Im going now,' came out gurbled.
Keanie:
She giggled tilted her head again, boy he was a strange one...but for some reason she liked the little male. "Come back tomorrow and I will help ya!" It didn't seem like fun but maybe it would be?
Chobi:
The pup nodded and trotted off back towards his home.
