hit print screen.
if youre using a laptop, you may have to hit the [fn] key then another to use printscreen

If you're on Vista, it should be:
C: ->Users -> Public -> Games -> World of Warcraft -> Screenshots
If you're on XP, it should be something like
C: -> Program Files -> World of Warcraft -> Screenshots

or, if you want it fastlike and have the time to close the WoW window, you can just hit the window key and open up paint and just ctrl+v
