Neeja sighed softly as she watched her would be kill scamper away again, two yapping hyenas at it's heels. The young today didn't seem to have any manners! Really how rude was it to steal a kill? Shaking her head again, the leopardess leapt down from the tree to seek lunch further on.

He grinned with a big goofy smile on his face. A full belly, a welcome warm day. He didnt think that the savannah could get much prettier than in the bright warm days. He didnt bother to keep himself hidden.. After all, he was so bright that he stood out like a beacon no matter where he tried to go.

His tail with its cotton candy pink fur tuft flicked side to side, hitting his back legs, and then swishing around some more.
His amber orbs glittered as he looked with a bit of a mischevious gaze.

He wasnt bored, but if he had his way..He wouldnt be.

Red eyes blinked against a suddenly blinding image that made her ears cant back. What in the...oh lords. She had seens some brightly colored lions in her day, a few odd looking cheetahs and some down right weird leopards but that boy there...he had to take the cake.

She chuckled softly, the tip of her tail twitching. "Certainly couldn't loose you in a crowd could they?"

His puff of a mane seemed to surround his face much like cotton candy would should he know what it actually was.
His muscles rolled under his bright green pelt, making him look really muscular. Though the male was rather scrawny for a lion. He just didnt stand next to many males to actually know for sure. He liked to think he was the cats meow, but that was just him.

"Pardon me? Your beauty has entranced me, my friend."
He replied, back to his old tricks. Yet he wasnt really attracted to the female. She seemed a little bit older than himself. But a good flirt never hurt anything, right?

She didn't mean to hurt his feelings, she really didn't, but she couldn't stop the laugh that barked from her at that. "A little thick there kiddo." Her tone was warm, almost maternal as she smiled at him.

"Only a little? My reputation shall suffer!" He teased, not one to mind being made fun of or being the brunt of the joke. He didnt care really at all. He was used to being made fun of, He was quite aware he was eyeblindingly bright.
But he was sexy, and he took the conduct as jealousy. And all he could do was pity the jealous.

"My name is Misri, my darling. What might yours be?"
His tail still swishing side to side, he offered a charming smile that held just an edge of a siren to it.

"Well certianly not darling." Her red eyes twinkled with amusement. Oh she hadn;t been flirted with like this in a long time...and certainly never by someone so bright! Leaping to a low hanging tree branch, the white and blue leopardess streched out, smiling down at the young male. "I am Neeja."

He looked up at her in the tree, and chuckled amusedly. He liked leopards, the way they climbed the trees and acted more like a domestic cat than a lion. Of course, lions were alot lazier, or at least he was.

His eyes gleaming, he winked at her with a nod.
"Neeja, tis a pleasure."
He bowed, and then looked up at her with playful eyes as he was still bent over in a bow.
He liked to play, and get reactions.

"You enjoying your tree there, darling?"
He asked, watching her tail as it twitched side to side. He loved watching tails. He wasnt sure why, but it was something that amused him.

Watching his eyes on her tail, she flicked the striped appendage at him with a soft laugh. "Aren't you just a handful." He seemed like a rather kind if some what silly sort, though to be honest she didn't know to many lions so to her they were all this flirty and silly.

"And as a matter of fact, I do rather like this tree here. I would like this tree better if I was eating dinner in it but" she shrugged, her tail giving an aggirtated snap from side to side before slowly swishing again.

He nodded at her, his playful persona beaming out from behind his bright face. He loved life, and life loved him from the way he made himself seem.

He grinned at her, and sat down with a thump. His large paws stretched out their claws, before sheathing them once more with a nod.

"Aye, we all want trees that hold dinner Im sure. Would make hunting far easier!"
He thought about that then, and chuckled. He knew what she meant. Didnt mean he wasnt going to goof off just a little more.

Neeja stuck her tongue out at him with a soft chuckle, " Smartass. No, I simply meant I would be happier had I not lost my kill to a couple of yappy damn hyenas." Her good mood disappeared for a moment as she curled her lips back from her teeth. "It seems like the young ones have no manners these days!"

He gave a bit of a disgusted look, finally taking away from the grin he had once plastered on his maw. He disliked hyenas, if only for their antics at stealing meals.
Now, none had ever been strong enough to steal a kill from him, or not often anyways..
But he still knew that he should beware them.

"Scavengers, the lot of them." He replied grumbling.
"They tend to be amazing at taking things that arent theirs."
He nodded once, letting the pink fluff bob up and down.

"Dont know its so much young ones, as just the species itself."
He chuckled.

"I have met a few well behaved canines so that I can not say they are all that way." She sighed shaking her head before smiling back down at him , letting herself relax once more. "I think it is just the young. Parents teach them no manners these days."

He shrugged, unable to truly get into that topic because he really chose not to be around canines too much. He disliked canines.. Though he was sure it was some kind of bias against them, being they were cats.
But even cats could have bad attitudes, and be just as obnoxious and annoying to be around.

However, he felt he wasnt one of those cats. He smiled again, the charming smile that had wooed so many females in his day. He loved girls, and tended to move from one to another.
He didnt stick around after; who needed the consequences!

"Yeah thats possibly it." He nodded, and looked toward the sky.

"What are your plans for the day? Im on a mission to find myself a pretty girl. Though I have found one, I need to find one that is actually returning of interest."
He beamed, and blew her a kiss in the tree, letting her know she wasnt beyond his attraction radar.

For a second time that day, Neeja was laughing at him as she shook her head clearly delighted by his flirting but not buying into it the least little bit. "You will have to try to find you some lovely, young and stupid thing that will worship you my boy, for as much as I have to regret it...that isn't me."

Oh sure, it was nice to spend some time in male company, but something told her too long around such a cheerful, flirty male would wear on her nerves.

He had no intention of bothering her much longer, and looked to her with a bright smile.

"I will keep that in mind, my lady. Though I must tell you even some older females have fallen prey to my charm. Its what I do. Im a perfectionist." He purred, and winked at her, before laughing out loud and shaking his head.

He stood from his sitting position, the position growing painful as he was forced to stare upwards the entire conversation.
But that was a leopard for you..Safety of the trees or some s**t like that.

"Maybe we shall meet again, darling. I could tell you some stories."
Though shed likely not be interested in his type of story.

"Maybe we will meet agian some day handsome." Her smile was warm and amused as she laid her head down on her front legs to watch him as he prepaired to leave. He had been an entertaining sort and took her mind completly off her earlier anger.

"May the gods watch your travels and help you with your conquest." She teased gently

He bowed to her, and gave her a wink. He liked her. And she had to be the first female he hadnt thought of playing with before his departure. It might have meant he was becoming more of a well rounded male...
NAH. He knew better than that, and he would forever be the player that he was.
The fact that she wasnt someone he looked at, only meant he'd have to search harder for someone of interest.

"Good bye, my new leopard friend!"

He called, and began at a trotting pace into the savannah.
