Personality:Bold and friendly Selene was never the quiet, delicate girl as was expected of her, being raised in high society. Selene has always been the black sheep over her family, and completely oblivious to this title. She’s never hesitated to speak her opinions, butting into other people’s conversations shamelessly and giving her two cents before leaving as if she had never shown up. Selene considers everyone her friend, failing to realize that some people don’t want friends and especially don’t want her. She doesn’t believe in having enemies. Selene is active and constantly moving, generally practicing her Archery or Fencing skills, even when she has no one else to practice with or even when she should be practicing with her rifle instead. She claims rifles are an improper way to hunt and even carries her bow and sword into battle, though she is intelligent enough to only use them as a back-up weapons for when she runs out of ammunition.
The only time Selene is calm is when she is shooting. She holds herself with the elegant poise one expects from her appearance, and has the grace of a proper hunter. Her eyes gaze out with determination, focusing completely on her target and everything between her and it. This concentration cannot be broken until the arrow successfully strikes her target. From that point there is a limited amount of time to get her attention before she draws another arrow and focuses for another shot.
History: Loud and boisterous Selene was raised in the tight knit high society of The City. But Selene, the only daughter in her family, never lived up to expectations. In fact she was everything opposite of what her family had expected. Instead of timid, quiet, delicate, and reserved as was expected of the woman of her family, Selene was bold, outgoing, athletic, and opinionated. In a n attempt to hush her down she attended a stern private school at the age of eight. All this succeeded in doing was encouraging her to join various school clubs and activities, namely fencing, archery, and riding. Oblivious to her families disappointment Selene left her school one night at the age of 13, sick of the dull intellectual lifestyle, and returned to her home to discover what she was going to do with her life. At fourteen her father, a manipulate old man desperate to be rid of this mar of his family’s name, brought up at dinner one night that the Academy was in desperate need for Recruits, and how there hadn’t been a wolfrider in the family for six generations. That was all the suggestion it took, a week later Selene had enrolled in the Academy and begun her training as a recruit. Four years she excelled in her drills and slacked in her studies until she turned 18. Three times she stood at the caves and failed to bond. Undeterred by her failures, she had a few more years in which she could Bond so she was in no hurry, Selene stood each time with a cheerful smile.
But Selene was to be one of the lucky recruits, for on December 1st as Selene stood before the caves she was searched out, and Bonded with one of the pups. Reeling as the Bond was made she knelt down and hugged the pup close. Her gentle little Starstream. After Bonding the option of choosing a fort was left up to Selene. After some though and discussion with Starstream she signed up to go to New Eve. But with the shortage of riders finding her a Patron proved difficult, and until she was assigned one she keeps mostly to the training fields, armed with her always-present Bow or Rapier and practicing. Always to prove herself worthy of the wolf her had Bonded.

Personality: StarStream is still just a pup, and as such she still acts like it. Though her vocabulary is growing rapidly her ability to arrange it properly has yet to grow at the same speed. Her inability to place the words correctly sometimes makes her hard to understand, though it seems Selene can understand her perfectly. Active and curious StarStream is never content to stay still while her bonded is practicing. Instead she is often exploring the fort around her and sometimes even getting into trouble with the older wolves. She tends to be immature and noisy and impossible to settle down until she runs herself into exhaustion. Starstream is impatient, already up in arms over the fact that they have yet to be assigned a Patron, and has taken to hanging around the Captain’s barracks and office when she isn’t with her Bonded.
History:There were no Alpha’s in StarStreams litter, but Star sure acted like one. By the time she bonded she had all of her siblings under her paw. She’s just as bold and opinionated as her rider, and though she is no longer among her siblings she still seems to be under the notion that she controls the wolves around her, occasionally attempting to boss them around. Not that that generally works well and Selene hopes that her Bonded will grow out of that. Thankfully even StarStream isn’t stupid enough to try and boss around her Alpha, LunarFlare. When her litter’s Bonding came StarStream trotted out of the cave, head and tail high and obviously excited as she wandered amongst the Recruits, making pitiful attempts to scare them. When it became obvious that the rest of her litter was more interested in actually finding a Bonded rather than just playing around, Star made it her personal mission to Bond before any of them. So pulling herself up to her full height in front of the recruits she glared each one down until she stumbled across Selene. Liking the tune the girl was humming in her mind StarStream Bonded to her. Though she failed her mission and was the last pup to Bond.
