This is a story which I invented one night and have been working on for about six months. (Mostly making characters, mapping out the land, developing the basic plot...etc. Not much actual writing done. But anyway, here's the prologue.

Prologue: The Land Of Sorea

On a large, forested planet in a four planet solar-system, there was a civilization which would eventually split into two warring countries. The planet was called Hito'pkon, and the civilization was the Sorean Empire. The Empire was a well-organized and honest one, with hardly any deception and greed. Or so the people believed. Secretly, a Sorean General named Tyk Pwuv was plotting to assasinate Emperor Pryo. But one of his soldiers discovered this, and he did not like it. So he reported the plans to the Emperor, and Tyk was ordered to be executed. But many of the Soreans believed Tyk would be a better leader than Pryo, and there was a riot. Eventually Tyk and his followers left the Empire, going out to unexplored lands and establishing the Colt Empire. However, ten years after the forming of the Colt Empire, Tyk's rule was taken by Zhiq Retiv and Tyk once again became a general. After living on the planet with the Soreans peacefully for another year, the Colt became convinced they should be the only Empire. They started a war with Sorea that, because of the many, many deaths, became known later as the Blood Bath War. Then, the Colt started a second war, which they called The Purification, and it all began with one small Sorean city: Kichal...

You have thought this out well, and I'm enjoying the story.
