Other then the dark forests, there is a large strip of desert that is unusually dark, making it a bit cooler then normal. The desert's sands is cool to the touch, your feet would sink a bit softly into them. However, despite this it doesn't mean the desert isn't dangerous. Sandstorms rage through here occasionally and quicksand is everywhere. Odd creatures are living here, and the occasional large scorpions. The sky is a unique color, like a redish violet color as if an aurora was here.
Rules:
• The desert is different then the forest, much more unique in its own ways. There are sandstorms, its bigger, and more bizzare sights are reported here. The sun is hardly out due to heavy clouds that range over the area, adding to its unique traits but makes it more dangerous. You need to roll a dice to navigate through the desert 1-6. Depending on what you roll depends on how quick you leave. Normally its three posts to leave the desert, but this can change if caught in quicksand or a sandstorm. You have to roll the dice each post unless you get one of the conditons. When the condition expires you roll again. You don't have to keep doing this though if you turn around and leave. ((there are other ways around this!!!!)
~ If you get a one or a three, you fall into quicksand and have to escape. delayed by one post
~ If you get a two or a four, you get caught in a dust storm, delaying the posts and you have to post two additional post
~ If you get a five or six nothing happened
