I was wondering if the

Katar

would be any use against a

Zombie

If so, i would try and integrate it into my plan, and acquire one

NOTE: The katar incase you dont know is an Indian hand to hand fighting weapon. Angled so that it is an extension of your arm, forcing the power from your punch into the point of the blade. Some are rumored to be able to puncture steel with a powerful katar blow

I would think not, since once they are that close you would probably need to be running. The katar is powerful yes, but it has a kinda of short range and exposes you to zombie bites too much. A longer weapon would prefered for melee combat. Actually it is better to run once they are that close, unless you can't, but then you would want something that would keep them away from biting you. The crowbar is supposed to be good since it is both a weapon and a great tool as it can pry open things.
